Elements Massage

Was able to help me fix our 13ft Jack Skellington and save Halloween! The base had a cheap weld when we bought it and fell over in the last storm. He was very prompt, made sure everything fit correctly and was able to reinforce it to make it stronger! Would recommend to anyone and thank you again for your help!

The best experience! The massage therapist Brooke was amazing! She did the perfect amount of pressure, I had about a 3. She was very nice and pleasant to be around. Brooke made me feel very comfortable and a great overall experience. I will be going back for sure!

Michael is great! He takes the time to listen to my areas of concern and focuses the massage accordingly. He does a fantastic job of applying pressure to loosen the stiffness in my back. Plus, he doesn't try to fill the time with conservation which I really like and appreciate. After all, I can't focus on my breathing and have a conversation 🙂

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP ITS A SCAM! I signed up for the membership because it was cheaper. I went in on August 4th and canceled my membership. I was told I would be charged one more month and then I wouldn’t be charged again. Well it’s October and I am still getting charged. I did not come in in September for a massage because the therapist I saw last time made a comment while we were chatting during the massage about how she should, “spank me”. The context was I had gone mountain biking in the heat and she said, “oh your so bad I should just spank you”. So inappropriate! My wife did use the last credit. I couldn’t bring myself to go back I was too creeped out. I asked her experience was and she did enjoy herself with no issues.

I received a massage at the Moon Valley Elements. Allison was my massage therapist. She was very professional and pleasant. She checked with me several times to make sure I was comfortable with the massage. Definitely one of the better massages I have ever received. I have already scheduled another massage with Allison.

I came in on Sunday after to use a gift certificate I was gifted! The massage therapist asked me what to focus on and I told her. A few minutes into the massage she asked how the pressure was, I asked that she provide deeper pressure. She replied with, "I'm pretty tired so I'm not sure I can but I will try." I made a small uncomfortable laugh and she continued. She then asked if I wanted her to focus on anything before going to my back(mind you this was only upper body massage) I said, "yes,there is a knot on my left shoulder." She said, "oh I thought I felt something but wasn't sure(it is a big knot)." This was a main social point. I now feel worse then when I came in. I sent in an email right after to complain about this, I got a phone call with a VM, I called back later Monday, sent a follow up email, called again,and still nothing to get this taken care of. I have now asked that refund the gift certificate cost to my friend as this is beyond unprofessional and they really should be embarrassed that they have staff who would say this to a client.

I cancelled my membership 2 months ago and went in and filled out the paperwork to do so. They have since charged me for a membership fee every month after canceling and I have to call and ask them to reverse the payment. The first time they said “they forgot to process the paperwork” and did not apologize once, there was no excuse for the second time this was able to happen. Horrible customer service… how is this even legal to do?! I would not recommend signing up for a membership from here.

This place has messed up so many times and never offered anything other than a 'sorry'. This was the last chance. I received a 45 min massage when it was supposed to be an hour. Two days before my wedding this was very disappointing. Again, only a 'sorry'. Never coming back.
