Stephanie is an exceptionally skilled massage therapist who offers many different treatment modalities and techniques that other therapists simply don't offer. She actually listens to what you say about your areas of pain/tension and truly cares about getting to the root cause of your problem. She is very knowledgeable and it is quickly apparent that she knows the body's musculoskeletal and nervous system very well and how everything is connected. She offers corrective and preventative advice to help keep you healthy and pain free. If you don't know exactly what kind of massage you are looking for, no worries, she can tailor a custom massage and incorporate different therapies to what best suits your condition. Highly recommended! I've been going to Bodywork Studio monthly for about a year for chronic pain in neck/shoulder/back. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable and uses various techniques to approach my problem areas. I had been to physical therapy for months without results. When I went to Stephanie, I had pain in my shoulder really bad. I was advised to go to her through a friend. The best decision I made. The doctor wanted to do surgery. After a few times seeing Stephanie, there is no more pain. It's a longer story but this is the short version.

Stephanie is really good at what she does. I feel like she knew exactly what I was talking about when I described my symptoms and was really good at targeting the spots that would help my pain. I really like that she took the time to explain things to me and answer questions that I had. She also told me about exercises I could do at home to help with pain.

Stephanie is a great masseuse. Before she begins the massage she always asks if there are any areas that need to be a focus. This is so she can adjust her to meet your needs.
