I recently went to Amma for the first time and had a wonderful experience! I received a 60 minute deep tissue massage, focusing on my scapular muscles for scapular dyskinesia. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You can tell she has a wealth of knowledge about muscle groups and how the entire body is connected, which I appreciated. I will definitely be back!

So far I’ve had 4 lymphatic massages with her and it’s been a game changer getting rid of the lymph causing swelling in various parts of my body….I immediately could see and feel the difference after the first massage! I was at the Africana Wellness Conference today and received a massage from Amma. I was experiencing a lot of tension in my shoulder and by the end of the massage I had more mobility, I can tell the difference from when I first sat down to when she was done.
