Carey is a great massage therapist! I am also a massage therapist, and have a high standard for who I let work on me. She is great at attention to detail and making sure to address the correct areas fully during the massage. Always feel fantastic after seeing her.

Carey is amazing as what she does. She is kind, professional, and knows exactly where to focus on in regards to healing your body. After my massage, the energy shift in me was something I never experienced. I immediately felt "lighter" after having her work on me. One of the most relaxing experiences of my life. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxation and the booking was easy. The owner is SO nice and an exceptional therapist. My neck had serious problems before the appointment; I was unable to turn to the left. When I left I had normal mobility again. One thing I realized during the massage was that I fell into almost a sleep. Not completely asleep but almost. It was amazing. I highly recommend A Healthy You. They’re incredible.

I typically get the 90 minute massage/cupping service. The best massage I have ever had! The cupping has really improved things for me. Carey is very knowledgeable and always provides great suggestions and articles to continue my improvement. I have adopted these massage/cupping sessions into my self care plan. I can't live without them!
