Elements Massage - Horsham

Great overall. Had a mixture of all experiences. Never miss with the elite and master therapists. Place is clean, smells great and is professional. Expensive but worth it. The only thing that really struck a nerve is when they cancel on you. I’ve been cancelled on MULTIPLE times (usually with the master or elite therapists) their schedule is jam packed. Which is frustrating especially after you are looking forward to the massage.

New owners and the first thing they do is immediately increase the price… by a decent amount. I’ve been a client for years and am on a fixed income. Regular massages at Elements has helped me manage my chronic pain issues, which medications have not successfully treated. Now I had to cancel my membership because of this. I’m so tired of corporate greed.

I needed someone to attack knots. They don't do that here. I made it clear what I wanted over the phone and in person and instead I got caressed and rubbed. If you have back issues don't waste your money here. Go to a chiropractor that has massage therapist. Your insurance might pick up some of the cost and youll actually get some relief.

Great atmosphere! Staff is so friendly, accommodating, and the facility is very well-kept. Madi, my massage therapist is the best!

Extremely disappointed with manager Sophia, she was rude and condescending with my wife after our appointments were changed twice in 1 week. We scheduled two appointments for the same time for my wife and I, and for the second time in a week the appointment time was rescheduled for just one of us, first with a 30 min difference, then with a 15. Asked when we initially scheduled that we could be booked at the same time with different therapists and were told no problem. Then called, and were told, not asked, if we would mind if they changed our times. When we called about it, Sophia was extremely rude, spoke over my wife, and just kept saying bluntly that they reserve the right to change appointment times so our therapists can fit in more people. No apology for the inconvenience or anything nice. Then yelled at for being upset. Massage people might be great but manager is rude and unprofessional!

Great experience at Elements. Easy to get an appointment. Very nice facility! Hayley did a great job on my tight hamstrings and quads! I’ll be back

I had an appointment booked for today but they cancelled it this morning. Their reviews are great other than the fact they frequently cancel the day off. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing as I have an infant and it’s hard for me to get baby free so I wasn’t able to reschedule.

Elements Massage is the best! Gomer was my massage therapist, and he did a great job hitting all the points that needed attention. He was so kind, and he catered the massage to meet my specific needs. He was mindful to check if the pressure he was applying was comfortable so I could have the best experience possible. I felt much more relaxed after my massage was over. The ladies at the front desk are also so sweet and make you feel very welcomed. The place itself is so clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend Elements in Horsham!!
