I found TAO through ClassPass, and I'm happy I did! I've been to the chain massage spas, and I've been to very expensive, private spas and hands down, I received the best massage today at TAO! Yves was so sweet, had great pressure, and gave a very relaxing massage. The spa is clean and very professional. I will be returning hopefully as a regular client.

Have been enjoying services at Tao for a number of years. Recently treated myself to facial and massage on my birthday. No greater gift I can give myself. Vivian, the owner, always so helpful with appointments and I have no idea how she remembers my name every single time! Tao is a true oasis!

I loved my massage at Tao. The spa is clean and beautifully appointed with special details for improved comfort and privacy. My therapist was professional and so skilled. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had!!!

My girlfriend and I got the two-hour DEEP Kneads Met couples massages. When you first walk in and look around, the place is not very visually appealing; bare dull walls with equipment shoved in corners where I guess they could not be put out of sight. I've had over fifty massages, and the appearance of this place may be the most un-inspiring of all of them. The massage itself was not your traditional hands/rubbing-type massage I'm used to, but alot of what I'll call pressure points. Overall, it was more painful than relaxing. This includes the Ashiatsu part where they use their feet. This was actually a very deep massage and was too hard for my liking. To be fair, the massage therapist was very good, it was simply not the kind of massage I'll ever need or get again.

I recently hurt myself taking a spin class and was recommended this place by my friend Blaise. I was so impressed by the space and float tank. The service was top notch and I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Ashiatsu with Andi was really good. Perfect pressure and glides. They have some really cool spa services besides massage too like floating tank, cupping, skin care, infrared. I will definitely come back here when I’m visiting Asbury Park!

I haven’t been to a massage therapist in over 10 years and I finally decided to go get a deep tissue and I saw Amber at Tao. She did an AMAZING job and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She made my experience very pleasant and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a massage or a facial. She was professional and polite and was very knowledgeable about the things she was doing. I wish I could put more than 5 stars for her. I will 100% be booking more appointments with her.
