It is June 27, 2024 I just came back from one hour massage that ended it at 11 pm. Unfortunately, it was the worst massage I ever had, I regret for taking this offer of $45/an hour massage because this was not a professional massage. I started with one lady and I explained to her how I need the massage, she stayed with me for around 15 minutes during which she left the room 3 times and was talking loud to her coworkers. Then she left and another lady came in and didn’t seem to have experience. She was rubbing my body, not doing a professional massage and I was not comfortable. I tried to explain to her, but she doesn’t speak or understand one word in English. So she had to keep using her cellphone translator program to communicate with me and constantly interrupting the session. So instead of having an hour of a relaxing massage, I have to lift my head constantly to read and respond to her on the phone translator, I felt that I was on a mission to complete a task! . I am really very disappointed!!! How can you relax when in one hour message you hear door slamming many times, loud talking, 2 different people doing the session, very hard communication and continuous interruption. Not to mention, the smell of the under-sheet where you lay down your face, it was bad and I asked to put a towel around it which did not help much with the smell and made it hard to breathe. Finally, during the massage, I felt itchy in my arm and I kept itching and when I went home I found my arm as in the photo attached. I am also feeling itchy in other parts of my body. Also, the lady who did the massage refused to process the cc payment until I increase the tips.

You will absolutely love it. Ming is very involved in her business. From the design of the rooms to the selection of staff. She pays attention to all details, especially her clients. Very clean, welcoming environment. Highly trained staff. All the girls do an amazing job! May is my go to, but I’ve never been disappointed if she’s unavailable either. I’ve been places where they put a half-hearted effort and just go through the motions. When you work hard for your money, you want guaranteed results. That’s what you will find here week in and week out. Consistency. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely loved this place and massage! I visited the spa today I called prior and made an appointment. I went in for the 60 minute deep tissue massage, upon arrival I was greeted and by name by Miss Ming and she was so nice. I then was asked to wait as they were getting my room ready which was not long wait. I then went in to a very clean and nice relaxing room. I forgot the name of the very nice masseuse I worked with but she was great, nice and made sure to ask if the pressure was okay and really worked on shoulders/ upper back and neck. Then at the end she helped me check out and gave me some water. Will definitely be back! Thank you Mings Ocean Spa!

I tried body waxing for the first time and Mrs. Ming did a great job explaining things throughout. She made a difficult process easy to navigate for me. Definitely recommend.

I had to run an errand in the Cherry Hill area, which is an hour from my home. I've been having lower back pain since my bout with covid last month and so I decided that a massage would be a nice break before driving back home. Ming's was a great choice for my massage. The rates are very reasonable. Although fairly plain looking from the outside, the place is warm and inviting inside, and the rooms are also clean and comfortable. I was greeted upon entering and thanked upon leaving. In between I was treated to an excellent massage from one of the talented and caring girls working there. Even though it is an hour away from me, I plan to find some more reasons to travel in that direction and revisit Ming's at least once a month.

They just look for tips, they do the massage without encouragement and they don’t speak English, the ladys are old they don’t have the strength in their hands to give a good massage
