I've only had massages internationally, mostly in Asian countries and by women. I was always very skeptical about being massaged by a male. I got a gift certificate for my birthday over a year ago and it was going to expire soon so I decided to use it. Oh and I had bought two people a gift certificate to this place and they raved about their experience at body plus. I will highly recommend body plus to anyone looking for a really relaxing environment, the ambient was sorrel, Jared truly knows what he is doing and I felt very comfortable and yes my body needed the stretching and relaxation I got from my session. I'm definitely going back for more sessions and also buying more gift certificates for treasured friends.

Jared is a professional whose skilled hands give you a whole new body. I always feel comfortable in his lovely setup. There is tremendous pride in the ambience he's created here. I was experiencing lower abdominal pain recently and the urgent care recommendations only made it worse. Jared is deeply knowledgable in the art and science of massage and I am happy to report that I was pain-free in one visit. We're lucky to have such a gem in Jersey.

Update: been going to Jared for 1.5 months now for unknown cause of sciatic pain. He has been able to identify key areas and has greatly improved the pain at least while walking (still working on the sitting pain. We have been discussing weight management and I have lost 12 pds and lost body fat and gained muscle just. I went for medical reasons for pain in my legs and pelvis, when conventional medicine and physical therapy had failed time and time again. Jared is professional and caring. He is informative and knowledgeable. I am comfortable with him. During massage he communicates with his clients and you will always know what is happening.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. There is nothing about this place that deserves less than 5 stars. Jared has made this a calming and healing environment. His massages are the best I've ever had and catered to the needs of the client. He always goes above and beyond to make sure he treats the problem and ensures your comfort. Do yourself or your loved ones a favor and book the appointment. You certainly won't regret it!

Seriously cannot say enough about Jared! I very much enjoy the attention to detail when massaging and stretching ...such a therapeutic experience. Practicing hot yoga daily, I need to recover quicker, and Jared does just that! (I know Jared.....2 days of rest!!) He works out tough tension spots in a way I didn't even know was possible - I seriously didn't realize how tight my body was until the session was over - but guess what! Not only do I have greater flexibility and range of motion, but I have enhanced energy and vitality. Possibly the best quality-of-life decision I've ever made for myself. Jared is extremely skilled at Medical in deep tissue massage. He is one of the best massage therapist that has ever treated me.
