I went here with back and shoulder pain after a recent car accident and walked out with significantly less pain. He is clearly skilled at what he does and cannot recommend him more. As a PT, I can be particular about massages but this man knows what he is doing. If you need good body work, this is where you should go!

I literally walked out of my massage with the phrase "that was amazing!" on my lips. In a former life (prior to starting a family) I was a massage therapist, with a focus on Sports and Orthopedic Massage. These days I find myself in need of excellent massage as I've injured my lumber spine for the third time and am in a lot of pain. Cahen really knows his stuff. He was gentle but able to provide firm and careful pressure, and his work was very effective. He soothed some very dense musculature, provided a lot of relief from muscle tension patterns, and released my hip flexors, which made walking much more doable and less painful.
