Elements Massage

Elements massage is organized, sending text message reminders. They have two people waiting the front desk. I've had several massages from different people, and would repeat with any with the exception of one person.

Allison was very good. My body felt great after the massage. She listened to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The front desk ladies were very nice and welcoming.

Annika’s massage was wonderful. She used the appropriate pressure for my needs and checked on me throughout the massage. I felt very relaxed afterward and appreciate the care she used. Thank you!

BEWARE! And read 3.9 review ratings (yikes!) across other platforms before you provide your credit card info to be stored, which is mandated. That should have been my first tomato red flag! And careful what they put in front of you to sign!!!! There’s so many other options where they don’t have silly memberships with very, very costly & confusing processes to terminate “membership.” There’s so many other places with therapists that work more than 1-2 days/week, don’t fall asleep on you during your massage or share their personal sagas during your sessions! There’s plenty of other establishments with experienced, professional & gracious management, which matters! “Manager” Summer desperately requires a crash course on customer service, and it shows….and you’ll feel/experience it….it trickles down into all aspects of the business. Just not pleasant all around. I should have listened to others….lesson learned!

I just moved to the area and this location is closest to me in Littleton - the warm welcome I got from Hannah at the front desk was everything to set the stage for a great massage from Annika! Both of them truly cared for me as an individual. Annika was superb in finding some troublesome areas in my back, worked on them, and made it relaxing while asking me about my comfort periodically. She offered great attention to detail, so I appreciate her technique and will see her next month. Thanks !!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would...I get monthly massages, and this left me with my mouth wide open. Terrible terrible terrible. Annika had no clue what she was doing. My 1-hour massage was an absolute waste of time and money. I came in mainly for left shoulder pain and she only really worked on my right one...I asked for more pressure, and nothing changed. The whole experience with her felt terrible and absolutely no desire to help in any way. No manners. I recommend staying away from Annika as she has no experience whatsoever.

Good service, nice environment. Very professional. Anika did a great job. They are well organized.
