Had a great experience here. The spa is relaxing, clean, and serene. My massage with Bea was fantastic. The pricing is accessible, scheduling is easy, and everyone was professional and friendly.

My massage therapist was Andy and he did a wonderful job! Was having a rough week and body was tense. He was able to massage my back where I needed it most and felt extremely relieved afterwards. The atmosphere was comforting and relaxing.

I am not much of a person to leave reviews. But when I tell you that I’m sitting in my car right now, so relieved. Akala Has gotten rid of so many years of tension and stress from my body in an hour that I can just not put into words how I feel. She is the best she listens to All of your concerns and gives you such a pleasurable experience. You can trust when I say I will be back every 2 to 3 weeks!!! I highly recommend her! Also, the facility was very clean, peaceful and the staff is very friendly and attentive. If you were looking for a fantastic experience and a memorable one, I highly recommend this spa!

I had a massage by Bea and it was excellent. The pressure was perfect and I left feeling rejuvenated. The next day I was a bit sore, as expected from a good massage, but I really started to feel more limber and pain free in the days that followed. I highly recommend Bea and Health & Harmony.

All of the discs in my neck are herniated and I started seeing health and Harmony to help me get past the pain and they have been wonderful. They go out of the way to make themselves available and do an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
