Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I would love to comment on the Services, however after three, yes, three attempts to schedule massage and facial with my girlfriend they canceled each time on us day of the appointments. The second time my girlfriend had driven all the way from Sterling Heights and we didn't find out till we got there that they couldn't do our services. Believe it or not we even reconfirmed each time. Three strikes and you're out. Although the receptionist expressed her apologies, it shocking to me that after such poor business practice the owner has never made any attempt to reach out to us or compensate us in any way shape or form. I wouldn't recommend this business to anybody, not even my enemies. We will be going to a different spa. We should've walked away from this place after the first time they screwed up, the fact that the owner has not reached out to us and and no compensation has been offered or even an apology from the owner, is a clear indicator that the owner of this spa is apathetic toward their customers. Seriously , do you have any idea how your business is being run? dissatisfied is an understatement. Stay away—MANY other options out there.

I feel rejuvenated and relaxed every time I get massage there. The receptionists are always pleasant and accommodating. My massage specialist is very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs depend on the day and I absolutely love how he customizes every session. I encourage everyone who did not get what they wanted to give them another try. Proper communication before the session is a key.

I have been going to massage therapist Kiran Khakhar for 12+ years!!! She is AMAZING! I can’t even put into words how skilled and thoughtful her massage techniques are. I no longer have to take migraine medicine and always feel elevated and rejuvenated after our sessions! Thank you Kiran for sharing your expertise and positive spirit wirh me! Appreciate you!!!

I booked appt for a deep tissue massage and what I got was far from it. I also told them a wanted Piriformis muscle worked on as I tore it. I wanted firm hard pressure. I got no pressure. Some of the massage he gave over the blanket. So I couldn’t feel much. A huge waste of money and my time. I walked in tight and walked out tight. I had many deep tissue massage where I feel it for days. I didn’t feel anything after. The technique was like he had NO training. Didn’t have a clue what muscle to rub or which way. Huge disappointment!!! I would not recommend anyone go there. If you do ask where they got there training.

First time getting a massage and facial at this location. I received the custom massage and custom facial (add-on peel after consult). Overall, I had a good experience. I have received massages and facials at different locations and some of their techniques were different than I am use to. In regard to the facial, it was recommended that I get the peel & something else as add-on prices. I agreed to the peel and I didn’t know it would have such an intense burning feeling. I guess my skin is just extra sensitive. My skin was also not fond of the machine that was used at the end that helps penetrate the skin better. I wish the esthetician let me know what she was putting on my skin with maybe some warnings; like a live play by play. I did leave feeling relaxed at the end.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming my therapist was so amazing I would recommend him a hundred times and more.

Callie was fantastic, mixing stretching and massage was just what my body needed to feel relaxed and to resolve some latent muscle pain. She was responsive, asked for feedback, and listened to what areas needed the most focus. The room was comfortable, the music relaxing, and the environment calming.
