I recently got in an amazing massage with Rodney. My lower back had been threatening to lock up and I could not get into my chiropractor. Thank goodness I got into Rodney. I only wish I had had the foresight to book and hour and half instead of an hour. Back felt great AND the rocks in my shoulders were GONE. So thankful for Rodney and all of his skills! Definitely scheduling more sessions with him!

Rodney is amazing! He has strong, intuitive hands. The massage area is comfortable, quiet and so relaxing. I highly recommend his massage services to anyone. He has so many massage tools available and is well trained on how to use them. I experienced my first massage with cupping. It was interesting, noticible, but not uncomfortable, it felt like it was productive. Next day, my body was having many cleansing/detox sytems (which was exactly what I wanted). Get things flowing! I slept incredibly well. Rodney is knowlegable, thorough, talented and has so much passion for massage and body mechanics. Worked a wedding the other weekend and heard again and again from all the guests how amazing the massages were. We were there for two days and a lot of guests came back for more Efoil lessons on day two after an on location massage from Rodney. Was great working with Prana Manana and I look forward to getting a personal massage from them next time.

This is an excellent massage studio, and Rodney is an excellent masseur. I was staying in town while my wife had back surgery and was recovering at the Munson Medical Center. I have long had back issues and was between chiropractic appointments, and sitting around a hospital and falling asleep in chairs was not helping. Rodney is a massage therapist with integrity and character. He went the extra mile for me and practiced several therapies to try to loosen my back, and my hour grew long -- with no extra charge! Very impressed. He was also an engaging conversationalist. I've looked for a good masseur in northern Michigan for over two years; so glad I found Rodney!

Very excellent services! You can tell Rodney is very passionate about healing, relaxation, release and comfort. He did a fantastic job catering to me and my needs and getting to know me and my sources of aches and how they’re affecting me. I’ve never felt so relaxed or respected during a massage! Also past massages that I’ve had I would wake up the next day with very sore muscles as if I spent the entire day before lifting weights or something, I woke up the next feeling like a relaxed noodle!! Rodney is awesome and his wife, the receptionist was very nice!

Falling asleep or staying asleep is sometimes a big problem for me. Then I tried the CBD gummies from Prana Manana. Rodney is very skilled at deep tissue, and different methods of stretching and positional release, and made my problem shoulder feel so much better! Got a lot done in just 60 minutes! I would HIGHLY recommend him!!! Very good work, and VERY professional.
