Enjoyed a wonderful massage from Kristina F! She always asks what areas I need her to focus on. I also had a light therapy treatment to address chronic hip area pain. Had the best night’s sleep in months. Highly recommend!

I've seen Kristina for a couple of years now and she is amazing. She does a thorough assessment in the beginning and always asks if there are specific areas that need to be focused on in the appointment. She is so knowledgeable and has taught me how to take better care of myself. The office is beautiful and relaxing. I cannot recommend her enough!

Renew Wellness offers great services for maintaining optimum health. Today I experience and AO sound scan which provided me a report on some underlying emotional frequencies. Kristina was able to play music based on what the scanner revealed to address some of those issues. Music is a proven therapy to change emotional frequencies. She also used light therapy to reduce stress. In 20 minutes I could feel the difference in my body!

I visit Kristina on a regular basis. She uses a variety of techniques and tools to relieve pain and stress in my body. Whether I’m getting a massage, detox foot bath, or using the sauna, I always leave feeling relaxed and renewed. I highly recommend Renew Wellness!!

Renew Wellness is an AMAZING place! Kristina Felker and Diane Swanson listen carefully to your needs/concerns and provide exceptional and targeted therapy that truly makes a difference. I always feel treated with respect and compassion and leave feeling SOOOO much better! My only complaint is that I can't visit EVERY WEEK!!

After 3 weeks, I know when I need to go back and visit for my monthly reset. My wife and I both visit Kristina on a montly basis. Our oldest son visits her after sports injuries. She is amazing with her work. Not only her massages but her knowledge and helpfulness with pain management until we see her again. Her at home tips have helped our family live with more natural remedies and has helped all members of our family. We couldn't do what do without her keeping us grounded and maintained.
