I have interacted with Resilience in a couple different ways now, and I've been beyond impressed every time. The thoughtfulness of the entire team and facility from top to bottom is just incredible. From the clean towels, to the hair ties available, from the body wipes for after the sauna to the mints in the bathroom and lobby, the whole feel is just phenomenal. I've had a wonderful stretch/massage for my sciatica, and I've used the sauna and they were both excellent experiences. I can't wait to come back.

I’ve been going to Resilience for a while and recommend to everyone! Melanie does an amazing job with her massages, focusing on fascia. I had back pain for years, and regular massage and chiropractic did nothing for it. As soon as I started coming to Resilience, it went away and hasn’t returned. Today I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Sami and it was ahhh-mazing! Highly recommend, especially if you want to get all that stagnant fluid flowing and face contouring.

Had my first recent visit, my partner has been going there for quite some time. He has always raved and I've seen the difference Melanie's massage work has made for him, so we went together for couples massage. Absolutely amazing. I've been getting therapeutic massage for muscle spasming for close to a decade, and this was one of the best. Sami was my therapist, she knows how to find every knot and make it go away. She is a true professional and I felt so comfortable with our communication. Relaxing, welcoming, and therapeutic environment, and the therapists are experienced and profoundly knowledgeable. 10/10, would happily recommend to everyone!

I was diagnosed with posterior tibial tendonitis and plantar fasciitis and it was suspected I also had tarsal tunnel syndrome in my left foot/ankle. I heard about Rapid neural fascial reset but there were no therapist certified near me. I searched and found Melanie at Resilience Therapeutics and decided to make the over 5 hour drive from Virginia Beach to Huntersville to see if she could help me. I had been on crutches for two months when I came in for my first visit. Melanie spent over an hour with me knowing that I had come a long way hoping for help in avoiding the steroid injection that my orthopedic doctor wanted me to get. I walked out of that session without crutches and have not used them since. I am typing this up on my car ride back home to Virginia after my 4th visit. My husband came along this time and was also treated with Rapid NFR by Melanie. I am not 100%, but I am doing better and I can’t thank Melanie enough. She really takes her time to address the problem and really cares about the people she treats. I will continue to drive the 5 plus hours to see Melanie. It is worth it to avoid going back in a boot and on crutches and to avoid surgery or steroid injection. I highly recommend Melanie and her practice.

I get so many more benefits than just relaxation from my massages here! Melanie has put together a team of therapists with advanced training who are skilled at relieving tension & pain, finding and treating the cause of tight or aching muscles, and working with you on posture & movement issues. And they do all of this in a calm, relaxing spa-like environment. I've seen Melanie for years and have recently seen Erica too -- I feel a huge improvement in my balance, range of motion and problem areas after each session. What makes this place unique is how much they genuinely care about your well-being.

I have had a number of different therapies when it comes to massage over the last few years, but I must acknowledge that Resilience, and Melanie specifically, cater to your personal needs regarding overall body health to perfection. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the services provided and recommend to anyone looking for any level of therapeutic care to seek out their professionalism.
