I have worked with Rachel twice a month for over 20 years and she is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable about massage and the human body. I have also worked with Monica periodically over the past year and also love her massages. Both ladies are delightful to spend time with and are very caring. I have recommended Matthews Massage and Wellness to so many friends who love it too!

This place is incredibly cozy and welcoming, perfect for a massage experience. Monica was amazing—she took the time to understand my specific needs and approached them with such care. I left feeling like I was walking on clouds, with a noticeably lighter body. Highly recommend!

Rachael is the most effective massage therapist I've ever had. Rachel has improved my quality of life by her massage techniques and her vast well of knowledge. I suffered from chronic pain in my scapula area after cervical surgeries. She was able to relieve the tension and enable the scapula to move more freely reducing the pain. Over the four years I have gone to her she has always been able to address any issue I’ve had. I can't say enough about the healing power of Matthews Massage and Wellness! I went to them after a horrible hit and run accident, where the chiropractor only made things worse. I could hardly walk the pain was so intense. After just a few sessions of deep tissue massage, I couldn't believe the difference! I could finally walk and stand without pain, and was sleeping the whole night through. I brought my mom there for a relaxing massage for her birthday, and she was in heaven!
