Samuel is a great massage therapist. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The ambiance is soothing, with soft music playing in the background and dimmed lights. Samuel is highly skilled and attentive. He takes the time to understand my specific needs. My preference is deep tissue massage, and it was exactly what I needed to release tension and knots in my muscles. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a top-notch massage experience. Samuel's technique is very effective. He focuses on relieving tension. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and commitment to personalized care. Samuel was very good. For my first time getting any massage he was polite, courteous And professional. He managed to get rid of pain in my neck that I had just accepted as permanent.

This was by far THE best massage I have had!! Sam was very professional yet friendly and easy to talk to. We went over injuries and trouble spots. He had a wealth of information and I felt great after the massage. He didn't use too much pressure which has been a huge issue at other places. Sam listens to your requests/concerns. The ambiance was very relaxing and comfortable too! I'll be back!!!

It was a great massage. I was incredibly relaxed afterward. Samuel was super professional and has great skill. Very tuned in. Highly recommend. He told me the space is new so it does feel a little stark right now but he explained the design that will make it more cozy so I’m excited to see how that will look.

Samuel was extremely pleasant and kind! He uses a soft voice that adds to the relaxation while you get an amazing massage. It had great ambience: low-lit, A/C, calming music, and refreshing aromas that really helped me feel relaxed. Afterwards, he offered water and snacks with very helpful tips for aftercare — definitely going to rebook again!

Samuel is a great massage therapist! He is professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. He goes out of his way to ensure clients are comfortable. I showed up late because I had difficulty with parking, and he still honored the 60 minute massage. He really takes the time to talk to clients and know their concerns. He paid extra attention to my shoulders and upper back, which were really stiff. He is great at his job, and I would recommend to anyone in the Capital Region!
