Gary’s space is uniquely fun and I appreciate that he teaches before / while he works. Safe, very personable, felt good and helpful, and importantly I came away with things to help myself at home too. Was like a cool PT session. I also appreciate that he takes the full time… I’ve been to places where they only really do hands on for like 45 of a 60 minute session — you’ll get your full worth of his time and attention. And something to leave with. Finally found a great massage therapist in the Rochester area!

Gary truly tries to understand what pain and discomfort you are feeling so that he can custom tailor your treatment. He listened to my concerns and took the time to explain the goals of orthopedic massage. My massage was great and I left with my knee already feeling better!

I have gone to Gary now twice and have scheduled my third appointment already! He is amazing to say the least. I have never had such an excellent massage. Nothing like at a spa! He targets on what he feels is the issue. He is curtious, has heightened awareness of your needs and ensures you're comfortable during the entire experience! Gary is amazing at what he does, it’s clear he uses specific techniques that fit each individuals needs. I felt comfortable the entire time as he would take the time to explain before hand what his next step was going to be so I was made aware. He is extremely educated on the body and it shows through his techniques. Gary also provided me with exercises I can do at home in between appointments I have found to be very effective. He is very attentive while listening to you, he listens to your concerns, explains what he will be doing to get you out of pain. Gary is absolutely fantastic! I have been suffering from a recurring back issue due to seized up muscles and a lifetime of inflexibility for a number of years now. Over the years I have tried a number of different treatments/techniques that have only ever worked short term as the issue always comes back. Not only is Gary incredibly knowledgeable and very skilled, he also has a great personality and sense of humor. After one session I was able to stand up straight and by the next day my muscles had relaxed and my pain was gone. Since then I have gone back multiple times to improve my range of motion and posture. It sounds cliché but after only a few sessions I feel younger and more confident. If you are suffering, you absolutely need to book an appointment with Gary.

Gary has a wonderful, positive personality. The massage room is a reflection of his personality - florescent fish hang from the ceiling and a saltwater fish scene lines the wall. The ceiling has a twinkling light display with the milky way. Gary gives a thorough massage that gently stretches all of the body. After 2 sessions I was able to walk further and more easily than I had in years. My legs were finally stretched properly, I could stand up straighter, and the pain in my back and core were mostly gone. I would definitely recommend Gary for massage.
