Wren is a caring and calm practitioner. I immediately begin to relax as she greets me for our session. She has consistently individualized her massage to my needs. I feel so much better on many levels after her massage work and it lasts for several weeks! I highly recommend her!!!

Wren is so great! My partner has gotten me massage packages as a gift multiple times and I love them. The first time was because I had some major muscle strain/knotting in my back and Wren fixed in 2 sessions what my chiropractor hadn’t fixed in 3 months. She is really great about listening to my feedback regarding problem areas and even provides suggestions for things I can do at home to help! Plus the energy and vibes are immaculate and very relaxing. Overall it feels like a really safe space to be in which I think is important for getting the most out of your session. 11/10 recommend.

I am not generally one to rave over a massage experience. However, both my husband and I have been receiving massages from Wren for over a year now, and I highly recommend her. She is skilled, intuitive, and intentional. As soon as I am in her presence, I feel more relaxed. She is great with deep tissue work as well.

Wren is the intuitive, sensitive masseuse I have always wanted! I’ve gone to her for acute neck pain that pops up for me occasionally and she has fixed me when heating pads, copious ibuprofen, and stretching did nothing. I also go to her when I need a full body massage to relax and even when I am carrying stress in my body. She has helped me no matter the reason for my visit and is now my go to massage therapist. I’d highly recommend her!

Wren is fantastic! I visit mainly for deep tissue work and recovery from exercise. She is very intuitive and able to focus on all my trigger point areas (even ones I'm not aware of). Also offers packages which I am happy to take advantage of. Writing this reminds me I need to schedule my next massage...
