Aches Away Toronto Massage Therapy

Devon was great. Professional and calming. Myofascial massage was great. He explained thoroughly (with patience to answer my many questions) his assessment and helped me understand pragmatic ways to maintain the muscles. He looks for the tension, which I like because sometimes we are in so much pain we might not identify all pain points but he will find them and resolve them. FYI, the check in was a bit strange at first (it’s a machine that you just check in with but ultimately it speeds up the processing)

I wish the massage was as per what they mention on the website. So it says Aches Away own methodology for "No frills" massage.. it wasn't like that, unless "their" method is worse. it started late and ended on time, they used some cheap lotion instead of oil like i requested. the music was weird, the massage therapist did not make the effort to check if the massage was fine, she seemed eager to wrap up. she was asked to focus on the shoulders, but guess what? she missed that part too.. so i don't know what the $135 was for.. grateful if someone could explain that.

Lots of nice reviews about Devon but I unfortunately had a very boring and not relaxing massage. I was taken aback by the space, a bit outdated (no offence), no one really greets you and you sign in using your phone. Devon was cool but super young and felt timid. I paid for an hour "all the frills" and got one point on my calf pushed and pulled for what felt like thirty minutes, then same on the other side and then some very basic back and neck work. He totally didn't massage the front of my body: legs, arms and hands... I have no idea what I paid for will not go back and would not recommend.

My back and neck pain literally went away after my first session with Devon! He was incredibly caring and attentive, taking the time to understand my pain and providing a massage that was both relaxing and therapeutic. Not only did he help ease my discomfort during the session, but he also gave me valuable advice on how to prevent the pain from coming back. I felt truly cared for and left feeling much better.

My massage at Aches Away was the best massage I have had since a fall las year where I encountered complex issues about my right hip. My pain level went down and I was able to walk longer without a limp. Amazing!

My massage sessions with Ioana are always an amazing experience. Ioana's caring demeanor allows for her to listen to your needs for that day and deliver a massage experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Grace just does her magic every time I come for a massage, no matter what request I come with. She is The Best! Suuuuper knowledgeable, professional and very friendly!

This was my first time at Aches Away and I will definitely be booking more here! My massage with Kevin was the best I have ever had, no hyperbole! He took the time to discuss what I wanted and what I was feeling in order to make a plan for the visit. He was so thorough and caring, I felt rejuvenated and so relaxed! I highly recommend him, and I already started telling my friends to go to him!
