Unwind Wellness – Navy Yard

A few weeks ago I attended a bachelorette spa experience at Unwind Wellness in the Navy Yard. It was a lovely experience! The staff were all very friendly and professional. We had a private room that we gathered in after our massages (which everyone enjoyed!) to relax and share some food and mimosas. The room and food were set up beautifully. Antonio, the owner, could not have been more welcoming and put extra touches around the space to ensure that the bride-to-be felt special. No one wanted to leave after such a relaxing time. I would definitely recommend Unwind as a place for friends to come together for some pampering.

Ive been trying to find a permanent home for my monthly deep tissue massages, and I am SO happy I’ve found Sunee at the Navy Yard location! She did a phenomenal job, this was easily on the best massages I’ve ever had. The facilities and ambiance were a vibe. The staff were kind and professional, and there was complimentary tea, water, and chocolates in the waiting area. Will be making this my new monthly home for now!

Visited Unwind Wellness for a self care day and it was absolutely amazing! I booked the signature massage with Sunee and she used the perfect amount of gentleness with pressure as needed. Honestly felt so much lighter and relaxed after my massage. I also enjoyed the ambiance and the cute lounge with tea. I will definitely be back!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Unwind and will definitely be back. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and professional. The space is very peaceful and extremely clean. I only took photos in the tranquil waiting area and recommend arriving early for your appointment to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. My reflexology with Sunnee and facial with Ruby were top-notch. Both checked on me throughout the treatments to make sure I was comfortable and the pressure was ok. Ruby explained what she was seeing in my skin and made some helpful recommendations, without pushing any products which was perfect for me. I am so happy that I found this spa near Capitol Hill!

I had just returned from a long work conference and needed a massage badly. The waiting room offered comfortable modern seating, herbal teas, and decor fun to admire. My therapist was amazing!!! Very clean and had every accommodation needed to have a relaxing massage. Would highly recommend and plan on going back regularly!

The location is convenient, modern, and clean. It’s FREEZING in the facility, so be mindful of that. Upon entering I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, who showed me to the super cute lounge area. My masseuse was nice, and checked on me through out my service. The massage its self was relaxing, however - it was more of a 45 minute, rather than 1 full hour (which I paid for), which would be my only gripe. I will return, and possibly discuss before hand focus areas to get the most bang for my buck. Thanks for the overall great experience!

Rhys gave me one of the top two massage experiences I ever had. The areas I requested to be the target were focused on for a good chunk of my experience. The location is quiet and offer a nice relaxing vibe as you wait on your appointment. I absolutely loved it on my vacation!

It's been a couple of times now that I've gone to unwind, mostly to this one. They are always super nice and helpful. The price is good for the quality. The environment is super calm, cozy, everything you'd expect from a massage place. I've tried other places, but this one is the best. I will be back again for sure!
