5 star experience. I got the massage to alleviate extreme soreness from working out. A few hours after my massage I felt stronger than I've felt in weeks. Teresia did a great job at addressing some ongoing issues I was dealing with also. Communication was great throughout the massage. Overall I was extremely pleased with the process and the results. I will be going back to Teresia and have recommended to my family and friends.

My sister and I had a Galentine’s Spa Party for our friends and Teresia was our massage therapist and she was AMAZING!!! Everyone who came out the room was in heaven!! They expressed how amazing their massage was and didn’t want it to end. I was the same way and kept asking if I had to leave. My massage was amazing and one of the best I ever had. We had T as our massage therapist for a retreat of professional women and the consensus was that she gave the best massages any one of ever had! Not having had a massage in too many years, I could not have been more fortunate than to book an appointment with T. She has a lovely studio and consummate skill, which will leave you relaxed, content, and going back to see her again.

Teresia was the best. First her spirit, this was my first time and she was a referral from a friend. I felt really comfortable from the start. She questioned me before we started about any issues I may be having. The massage was wonderful and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

So, apart from the fact that she already prepares herself mentally before she starts .. right away she could tell exactly what adjustments my body needed and often asked me if I was feeling okay (during the massage) <3 .. her massage pressure is 10 out of 10. Her hands and energy: 10 out of 10. I literally felt all the tension and muscle aches leaving my body during the session. This is not your ordinary massage therapist. She was on a mission during the massage. And whatever it was .. she succeeded. ✨ No, really .. AMAZING! Thank you again.
