Best massage I’ve ever had. When I left I felt entirely different than when I arrived. The therapist actually listen to you and work what you tell them. Then they find areas that you probably don’t know about and fix them too! Will definitely return!

I love this spa! Carrie is the best and all the staff is amazing. They always answer the phone, communication is A+! The spa is super comfortable and clean. Love it and super recommend it!

I love LaVida! I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and still love it. I’ve learned living without massage is a non-negotiable for me so their subscription makes it much more affordable to come multiple times a month. I love that the memberships offer a discount for coming more than once a month. Staff has always gone above and beyond with customer service and very professional. I prefer a deep tissue/more firm type of massage, if that’s your style I love Jessica and Rene. They’re both able to really workout some kinks. Also Sam at the front desk has always been so awesome and professional - thank you everybody there that make this an enjoyable experience each visit!

I've been a LaVida membership holder at the WS location for several years and have had a couple of favorite therapists, but Michael is absolutely the best. Not only that, he's the best I've ever seen and I've been getting professional massages for over a decade. I could write paragraphs of specific praise, but I don't even want to say more because I selfishly don't want his schedule to get too booked to fit me in. Aside from Michael being an amazing human, I've always had a great customer experience. Front desk is friendly, checking in and out is smooth, and scheduling/rescheduling is a breeze. I think it's a great value for the service and atmosphere. I originally started my membership when I lived a few blocks away and would walk to and from my massage. I've since moved down to Tacoma, and I still come up once a month because it's worth it.

Great massage - I booked for next day. They were accommodating and Callie provided an excellent massage. I had been sore from a long hilly run and she was very responsive to what I needed!

A very calm, peaceful, and safe space to enter. They have a professional knowledgeable staff. Each therapist offers their own style and techniques. Depending on your mood, you may choose different people from time to time to switch it up. They offer a monthly program and at first I was not sure if I should sign up for it. I thought that I should be spending money on something more important, but to be honest, what could be more important than looking out for my own health .Self-care is important and a necessity. I'm extremely grateful to take a time out from The daily grind and the weekly pressures.

My massage therapist's seem to truly listen and hear me when I ask for specific locations to focus on, ensuring I leave feeling like a brand new human 10/10 times.
