Tayler is a very skilled bodywork expert and was able to find the precise location on my body that was causing pain. He has helped me with old injuries in my ankle and new pain in my elbows and shoulders. He was even able to help reduce sinus inflammation and allergy issues! I really appreciate that he teaches you about how to best care for your body on a holistic level.

Tayler at Level Up Massage Therapy is one of my most trusted and professionally invested healthcare providers. First, just check out his ‘My Educational Journey’ section under “Meet Tayler”. His dedication to learning and growing is what sealed the deal, for me. His expertise is reflected there and his services page defines the benefits for you. As a person who has experienced abuse as a child and now works in the healthcare field, including having spent five years in the Emergency Department at a large hospital, I really tune in as to what kind of person and provider someone is. I don’t live close to his clinic, but I would drive across the state to see him, if that’s what I had to do. He has treated so many injuries and issues in my joints, soft tissue, etc. and the results have always been amazing and sustained. Beyond this, I learned about a modality he offers called P-DTR aka Functional Neurology. The results surpassed any expectation I could have ever had. I thought it was hocus-pocus stuff, but it is quite real! I had a life-long habit of grinding my teeth which ceased by the end of the first session and only came back intermittently after that. Now, three years later, I rarely do it and can quickly stop myself. That means I experience virtually no headaches these days! I had a lot of behaviors or reactions that had lingered since I was a child which I was finally able to be free from thanks to him. I’m excited to be going in for a “tune-up” this week. I don’t have anything specific as I breathe and feel at ease these days thanks to him. But, I know I always feel 100% well when I leave his office and I always love going to see him. He provides so much in addition to massage therapy, including things like cupping and gua sha and intra-oral therapy, too. He is very hands-on with his practice and I’m always comfortable with how he does business. So, I just wanted to leave this review and say that if you have stuff that you’ve been holding onto for a long time, you should check out this great practice. Thanks, Tayler, for creating long-lasting ease in my life and helping me at my darkest hour in such a professional and unexpected way. I wish primary care practices had one of you at each of them!

I went to Taylor initially without understanding the kind of work he does, and THANK GOD I did. I was suffering from a painful left shoulder and jaw / neck issues for several weeks from what I thought was a biking overuse injury (turns out emotional stress was probably also a factor). I woke up one morning at 4:30am in agony and decided to look for someone to do a massage that day. Luckily I stumbled upon Taylor. When I arrived a few minutes late, and because of that feeling a little flustered, Taylor was waiting for me outside to help me find his space. Immediately he had a calming presence. As we went over my issue, he was thoughtful and kind. We did some cupping and light massage before he started doing P-DTR to try to get my upper shoulder muscle to re-engage. I had no clue what he was doing and honestly in the moment thought it seemed a little crazy / woowoo. BUT IT WORKED. The pain that had been plaguing me for weeks resolved right after that session. Thank you Taylor. I'm so happy I found you and am looking forward to working with you more in the future.

Tayler is thoughtful and both his neurological and soft tissue work are outstanding. I have gone to Tayler for bodywork when I was limping due to knee pain and also for stress related back and shoulder pain. I’ve seen many massage therapists and physical therapists and Tayler is the best of the best.

I received great healing bodywork fromTayler. He does deep cupping, both moving and stationary to really hit some of those long-term internal physical traumas that I’ve been holding onto. I also had gua shua and laser therapy that was super effective in working out misalignments that I’ve had in my body for years.

Skilled. Professional. Courteous. Tayler worked magic on my shoulders today. I’m an acrobat that does handbalancing and partner acrobatics. My day job requires a lot of writing and computer work. Between the two, my shoulders are always tight. When I practice handstands, I’m often limited by pinching in the rotator cuff and poor alignment. Tayler was able to loosen up my chronically tight rotator cuffs, traps and pecs in under 30 minutes (total). Such an incredible session. Before and after photos of the left shoulder are attached.

I’m so grateful I found Tayler and Level Up. My long term shoulder nerve pain has finally become manageable, now to the point we can explore other issues in my body and work on those.

Tayler's massage work has been super helpful in relieving jaw mis-alignment & pain and areas of significant tension and tightness from long hours at the computer and trail running. His deep, therapeutic approach is extremely impactful and well worth the time and money spent. In only 2 sessions I've seen more improvement than I would normally see in 4 or 5 sessions of deep tissue massage. This was the first time I've had inter-oral work and it's amazing. If you are looking for someone to really fix things quickly, Taylor is the right person! I can recommend him.
