Alysha’s Hands of Healing

Alysha has finally made me a massage believer! I have fibromyalgia and have had a complicated relationship with massage over the years seeing providers that did not understand my condition or listen when I shared that the level of pressure or technique was too painful for me. After a long break, I booked a acupressure and lymphatic massage session with Alysha hoping to try again after reading all of the positive reviews folks have shared about her work. I was not disappointed! From the beginning of the conversation, I felt seen and heard by Alysha as she employed multiple modalities to work on me. She truly pours herself into her clients and every aspect of her business—look at how cute and relaxing her massage room is. Please book with her, you won’t be disappointed!

Alysha's practice is unlike any other I have ever visited. The environment that she creates is so comfy & cozy - from her music choice to her decor choice - I love it all! Alysha herself is very kind, has very strong hands, and really cares about your particular needs. I purchased a multitude of massages at once to use throughout these last couple of weeks of pregnancy but I'm already looking forward to seeing her ASAP post partum!

Alysha is incredible! I saw her for a lymphatic drainage and facial massage. I can see the difference in a more relaxed and lifted jawline and cheeks. She also has such a wonderful, centering presence and a sense of humor that will help you feel at ease. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Paid for a 90 minute deep tissue massage but most of the time was spent doing other various things I did not want. I was face down so I couldn’t see what was happening or else I would have said something. I had suction cups and hot stones done (which are add ons I was NOT interested in). My problem with this is that these took lots of time to prepare, time which I wanted to be used for massaging. At one point she left the room completely, I’m not sure what for. This along with the fact that the lotion bottle was at the counter so every time more was needed my massage was interrupted (this happened several times). Last thing to mention is the appointment ended five minutes early but that was the least of my concern. Overall disappointed since I just wanted a 90 minute deep tissue massage.

My experience with Alysha has always been enjoyable. I always come back(even when it's been a year in between ~ she's always open arms & happy to see me again taking care of my body). I will continue to come back because not only is she great at what she does, she is also a beautiful soul with a kind & caring heart that really wants to help people. Alysha was absolutely delightful, was considerate and took all of my medical history into consideration! The night after my first massage with her was the first decent nights sleep I'd had in weeks! I have already made my next appointment!

I absolutely love working with Alysha and this new service was hands down one of my favorites I've had with her. I left feeling so relaxed and my skin felt soo soft. The scalp massage, the face treatment, the aromatherapy, everything was so relaxing. I'm already excited for my next appointment.
