Kelsey seriously changes my life when I get a massage from her. I normally walk in with really bad tension in my back/neck area and it unfortunately affects my mood most days. She always does a fantastic job taking care of me. Her office is clean, organized, cozy, and overall a great relaxing setting to get a massage in. I’ve been seeing her for many years now and my mom and I have established a great friendship with her. She’s easy to talk to, respectful, patient, listens to you, etc. I highly recommend Kelsey to anyone needing to relieve any body aches/pains you may have! I walk out of the doors with a big smile on my face every time. Thank you, Kelsey! You are seriously the best!!!

Currently in physical therapy for rotator cuff issues, I reached out to Kay to schedule a 30-minute shoulder-focused massage. It’s the best decision I’ve made in months, because Kay is an absolute genius with her hands. She obviously has a clear understanding of anatomy and homed in on my grumpy muscles with precision. If you’re in need of an incredibly gifted massage therapist who’s down to earth, I can’t recommend Kay’s Therapeutic & Relaxation Massage strongly enough. Even better—she’s also an absolutely delightful human with a good heart and kind soul.

First of all, Kay is so nice! I'll walk you through my 1st massage (yes- that implies there will be more!): The room doesn't appear relaxing at first and the lights are bright, but she turns them off and works in candlelight (LED) with spa music, so none of that's a problem. She's not a talker- praise Jesus. She uses long, slow, deliberate motions which make her handwork deeply relaxing. Her pressure is perfect. I can feel that I still need more work on my shoulders, but that's a testament of my stress not her lacking in skill; I booked her next available opening! I did a 60 min targeted deep tissue+Swedish combo and added CBD for my shoulder. I chose high heat on the table, Hempz lotion for my body, and lavender + eucalyptus aromatherapy. Heaven for $85! (Plus a nice tip!) I won't change a thing for my next massage. When you come, park in the alley across from the Salvation Army. She's inside the first door of the strip mall, and her door is on the left in the hall. The parking alley feels a little sketch, so I recommend choosing daylight hours for your first appt. She has only 1 or 2 openings sprinkled about within a month's time, so you probably need to book 2 months out for your pick of day & time. You won't regret choosing Kay. Enjoy!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Kay. We texted her about making an appointment and she responded quickly and was able to fit us in within a couple days! The building was easy to find and she greeted us with a smile. She is very professional and we felt amazing after our massages. She even had a comfortable couch for us to sit on when it wasn’t our turn. 10/10 recommend.

Kelsy is amazing! I thoroughly enjoy not only the massage and aromatherapy, but also her company. She’s the only lady I trust and will use, and I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

By far the best place to go for any massage! I've gone to about 7 other places and they never are the same the next time u go! Kelsey is amazing and super sweet and great at what she does! You will not regret going to Kay's!
