Elements Massage

A great place to relax and detox. The ambiance is great and Sean is a person I would highly recommend, very skilled and provides great detail to areas you want to concentrate in case of any tension and customizes pressure as needed. Perfect place for unwinding and recharging when you need it.

I recently visited and got a massage from Sean - would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Sean, will be back. So talented and my back is feeling completely healed. This review is for the front desk... if it weren't for Sean, I'd rate a 2. As a first time visitor with my $20 off, they called after my booking saying they could only accommodate a 90 vs 60-min massage. Fine. Then once I left, I had to inquire about the total which they did not honor the 1st time visitor coupon, but tried to upsell me on joining as a member and booking out my next massage. After I said no to both of these things, they insisted on giving me a brochure on membership plans. No thanks. This message is for management - please train your front desk members not to upsell and leave annoyed, especially after receiving a fantastic massage. Maybe you compensate on this, but as a first time customer I left feeling like this business cares only about $$...

Loved the experience! Erica was awesome, felt much relaxed after the massage. She also suggested areas where more concentration is needed for the next session. All in all, I would love to go back!

I had a massage earlier this week that had me crying on the table and in my car after leaving. My masseuse made me feel really terrible about my body. She wouldn’t stop telling me house tense and tight my body was - almost as if my tension was an inconvenience for her. I’ve been through a lot of trauma and it’s very vulnerable to show up for a massage and it was very demeaning to have her ask if I stretch or drink water as if I don’t take try and take care of myself. I couldn’t fully relax as I felt like there was something wrong with me and I was making her job hard. It got to a point where I felt like I had to explain my trauma just to get her to stop talking about my body which is the last thing I wanted to do while getting a massage to relax. She told me I should try move to a different part of country and not work two jobs to improve my quality of life. It was so bizarre. Not to mention I was supposed to get aromatherapy treatment for free after booking last minute, but was still charged for the add on which was supposed to be free. I left the massage feeling awful.

If I could give 0 stars I would, wanted to cancel my membership, they do not allow you to do it over the phone or online. You need to go inperson to do so. So ridiculous just a barrier to keep you subscribed. Great customer service elements!

The massages I've received have always been relaxing and effectively addressed my issues. Everyone is pleasant.

Eliana is wonderful. She is professional and knows how to heal your pain. I had a wonderful experience with her and would recommend her. Also, I appreciate the management to give me another chance to have the experience I was looking for. Definitely would schedule for another appointment with Eliana.
