Booked a 90 minute massage this morning and halfway through my wonderful 5 star massage with Brittney, someone was on the roof with what sounded like scraping and a powered nail gun. Wasn’t relaxing the rest of massage. Brittney was really sweet and apologetic but the front staff could care less when I mentioned how loud, distracting and not relaxing it was. They should at least give clients a warning so they can opt to get a massage while that is happening.

David is a master of his craft. Responsive and considerate of my requests due to FM. It wasn't just a massage, it was a whole body muscle therapy session. Looking forward to my bext appointment.

Don't ever cancel an appointment from this place....it is highway robbery! They charged me $90 to cancel my appointment set for next day Fri at 10:30 am....I called 4:30 pm and the lady told me that I have to be charged every minute from 4:30 pm to 10:30 am next day...WOW! I explained to her I am not canceling - I really need to reschedule the appointment....she was adamant...she said even if I book another appointment, I will still be charged $90! They just lost my business....

Keri was too good to be true!! I have experience getting massages often, and immediately when she started I could tell she was very experienced! If you are looking for someone who is confident, very knowledgeable in work out tension points in the body, Keri is your person! Looking forward to our next session

First time I went in my massage was cut short by ten minutes. I did a review they sent me and to say sorry they gave me a free upgrade on my next massage. I booked another massage and at checkout I had a gift card which covered the whole cost of the massage. Then they said there was a premium charge for my massage therapist but nobody told me that when I booked so I said I wasn’t going to pay it, so they said they waived it. Then I gave them my credit card to charge the tip and I just looked at my bank statement and they charged me $61.00. Yeah that is definitely not what I approved for a tip. Both massages were on the okay side. I wouldn’t go back again.

Always have a great experience here, no matter which therapist I see. I have so many favorites - it’s almost impossible to choose who to see next. Everyone has amazing manners. I look forward to my massages here!

First I appreciate a great massage and have for years. However, these chain massage stores are a rip off. You can get a much better experience searching out a private therapist. The chain stores, like this one, and Massage Envy are constantly pressuring you to spend more on extras and they ambush you for tips. Oh my! You are spending at least 100.00/month just for walking in the door. Every single month you get your massage you will be asked how much you would like to leave for a tip. If you go for more than one massage a month you will be asked every single time. This store is located in a large busy mall. By the time you find a parking space and get inside your stress level is higher than when you left home. The schedules never seem to work. You end up making your schedule fit into thier needs instead of the other way around. The therapists that work in these chain stores get sucked into this corporate mentality as well. When schedulling they may say that the therapist you choose is not available at that time. Would you like to try a different therapist? Most likely the one that is available is the pricier one. You can get a much better experience with an independent therapist.

I have been to many different massage places, and Elements is definitely one of the best experiences I have had! Let's start with the massage itself. I mean, that's ultimately the reason we come here, isn't it? Seeing as it was my very first time at Elements, I got acquainted with my massage therapist Daesy. She was very kind from the start, and she really listened to me when she asked what my problem areas were. Throughout the massage, she would ask me if I was feeling okay, and she would adjust the pressure according to what I asked. So for the entirety of the 90 minute massage, she was really on point, and she really utilized the Hot Stones well. After the massage, she gave me a little paper slip stating her recommendations regarding stretches and such. I really liked this seeing as I have never had another massage place give something like this to me before. On the paper slip she even wrote down recommendations for alternate massage therapists that I could work with there. I really appreciated the humility that's laid manifest in this because it shows that everyone at Elements is striving to work as a team and to find the best solutions for their clients. Yes, I definitely recommend Daesy if you want a great massage! I also want to give a huge shoutout to the gal at the front desk - I believe her name was Marisol (I hope I spelled that correctly). At the end of the day, we only get one chance to make a good first impression. And Marisol succeeded in every way possible! When I first walked in, she immediately greeted me in a kind and friendly manner, and she made the check in/registration process very fluid and simple. Since it was my first time there, she even gave me a tour of the establishment! This really impressed me because no place has ever done that for me before, and when you go somewhere for the first time, it's nice to know where the bathrooms are and such so you don't get lost in a maze haha. When I was brought back to the front counter after my massage for checkout, Marisol asked me how everything was, and she broke down the membership process in case I wanted to sign up for it in the future. Again, just like the check in, the check out process was very fluid and simple. Above everything else, the one thing I really want to point out about Marisol (besides her amazing purple hair - Amethyst ROCKS!) is her wonderful smile. People nowadays, especially in customer service, underestimate the power of a genuine smile. And I have to say that Marisol's smile was very compassionate and endearing, and it made me feel very welcome and at ease. Yes, even though that day the weather was a bit wet and cloudy, that beautiful smile from Marisol proved to be absolute sunshine! 🙂 Great job to everyone at Elements! I appreciate your hard work and kind attitudes. Please make sure to give Daesy and Marisol their flowers. They really deserve it. 🙂
