This place is amazing! I recommend Tonus to all my people. Miriam is amazing - polite, professional, and has the hands of an angel. She really listens to you/your body and is accommodating for an exceptional experience. All the other staff members are very friendly! (I have not seen them for a massage). I would give 10 stars if I could.

I recently visited Tonus Body Work for a massage and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The range of services they offer is impressive. In conclusion, my time at Tonus Body Work, enhanced by Mariam's outstanding service, was an unforgettable experience.

I went there to use a Groupon. It was so good that I scheduled a monthly massage. I've had swelling in my legs and Wesley worked my legs really good and the swelling has gone down. He has a strong hand but always checks to make sure he wasn't using too much pressure. Great place!!! Happy customer here.

We love Tonus and Mariam so much. The environment is peaceful and relaxing. I feel myself starting to unwind the moment I walk through the door. My husband and daughter love it here too and we all look forward to our appointment. When I leave I am more limber, my joints move more smoothly and I have an all over feeling of wellness.

Shout out to Ayrton for being one of the best masseurs I've ever worked with. The interior needs a bit of maintenance and some small upgrades to keep elevate the ambiance and overall experience. But I'm giving 5 out of 5 for Ayrton

The massage therapist was late to start off forbmy 1130 appt. Didn't Apologize or anything. With his coffee cup in hand. He did a good job. But I guess I'm used to being asked if the pressure was ok. He seemed kind of cocky and arrogant. Then finished my massage 5 min early. So instead of a 1 hour massage I got a 45 min massage. .. overall a good job and knowledgeable. But I could have gotten thebrrsr of my body massage in the 15 min I lost. If I would have been asked. I fell asleep and he chuckled and said I fell asleep with a deep tissue. Fyi. If it Was Deep, I wouldn't have fell asleep...

I would give zero stars if I could. I decided to try a new massage therapist in town, this was the only other place covered by my insurance. So, I scheduled a massage at the only time and day I could before the 4th of July holiday. I arrived 20 minutes early to fill out the paperwork that usually comes with a new care provider. There was nobody at the front desk, so I signed in, sat down, and filled out the form that was waiting. Another new patient came in about 5 minutes after I did. Someone came from the back, along with a patient who’s just been worked on. The other new patient in the waiting area was immediately acknowledged, I was not. No eye contact, no “how can I help you?”, nothing. The other new patient immediately had her paperwork and insurance information collected and was taken back for her massage. The woman that works here came back out to the desk area, messed around on her cell phone for a few minutes, still didn’t acknowledge my existence, and went in to go work on the other patient. Me? I’m sitting here, 20 minutes later, in an empty waiting room writing this review. Never. Coming. Back.

I have been a client of Tonus for years. I really like Tina, and started seeing her when they were in Maple Valley. All the therapists there are good. And pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend.
