Hastings Spa Reflexology Sauna

My partner and I had such an incredible time here! The different sauna rooms are all nicely separated, the staff had so much fun personality and was extremely helpful for first time sauna goers, and the experience itself was a delight. They're recently renovated a number of the sauna rooms and they're honestly really nice at such decent costs. We'll definitely come back again next time we're in Vancouver. Chu made our experience a blast, thank you so much!

A rare gem in the city and I’ve been coming here for years. The service is always good, the saunas are clean, and extremely hot if that’s your preference ( they’ll ask you how hot you like it). They’re high quality steam saunas so you can have a proper sweet unlike the community centres or spas that prohibit the mear mention of water in the “dry” saunas. Hastings Spa has been around for a long time, and the building still has some character. The sauna facilities have been upgraded over the years and they’re each a little different. The private saunas are a great option for quality time with friends or a partner. Even at the fancier spas it’s rare to get a space to yourself, and here you can afford to go solo. I appreciate that it’s a straightforward place with simple amenities and I’ll be dropping in again soon.

This place is amazing! I felt so relaxed after my massage and sauna session, everyone was so nice and the service was great. Definitely will be coming here again.

It was a cold day so it was a perfect for a reflexology, body massage, and sauna session. Before coming, I was very skeptical because I had trouble reaching them by phone even during business hours. When I tried to book an appointment, nobody picked up for two straight business days, and messages were left returned. After I was finally able to get an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The place was huge, clean, and modern, completely opposite of what I expected based the booking process. Tina, my masseuse was very skilled and experienced. She helped me relief the pain and the stiffness of my muscles. The spacious, 60-minute sauna a renovated and updated sauna with a 99-year old history. The showers were clean. Cleanliness and service are standouts, but being a new place, I hope it can be maintained. Then I'll definite come back. * just added some new pics and the booking process was very efficiently now

I went there for a girls date and had a lovely time! Chu at the desk is funny and welcoming. Affordable and great massage!

I had such a wonderful reflexology, massage and sauna session. Chu was so gracious and helpful at the reception desk. Minami was an excellent masseuse with very strong hands. Will definitely be coming back!!
