Elements Massage

I have a membership. It keeps going up in price and calling to cancel is not accepted (or even cancelling at a location in person unless it's the location you originally signed up). Really rude front desk on one occasion and manager even worst. Massages have for the most part been good, but the turnover is extremely high. Every time I've found a therapist I feel comfortable with, they seem to leave. There's a reason this location always has same day appointments available.

I've never had a massage before and woke up this morning and essentially "gave up" as my back was in so much pain that I searched for massage clinics and found this one through Google. I booked online (which I like because talking to people makes me anxious) and was scheduled with Kyler. Bless their heart, I was running behind and booked it through the door and they didn't say a word about that. We got started fairly quickly and they were really cool about it being my first massage. Also they answered the questions I had clearly! Their voice was super gentle and soothing and they GOT THOSE KNOTS LET ME TELL YOU (in a good way. I haven't felt this refreshed since I was in the womb like no individual has turned me into a puddle to that degree before. I officially know what it's like to be a ball of dough in a baker's hands in the best way. ) 10/10 no notes for them. The only issue I ran into was I could hear another massage therapist and his client through the wall and since I'm super nosey I couldn't turn my brain off and kept listening to them. That's literally it though. ALSO the front desk staff was super nice and as an alternative / visibly queer person the two who were there when I checked in made me feel super at ease with their style, bless them. I think it was Kaely and another one with dark hair but I didn't see their name tag. ANYHOW, I will be back (:

Had the best experience ever from Elements massage! The front desk worker, Q, was extremely friendly and helpful not only when helping me when I was at my appointment, but also when making my appointment. The other front desk people were also friendly. Angie did a great massage! She listened to me when the pressure was too much and had open communication! I will definitely be coming back to the St. Louis Park location!

Wow, I had an amazing experience here! They had next-day availability, and Q and Lucky made me feel super comfortable. Very ND friendly — will be back soon!!

10/10. Front desk staff are kind and welcoming, and the masssage therapists are very attentive to what level of pressure you might need, any special concerns to address that day, etc. Lovely staff, great ambience.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, the areas of kept clean, and the therapists are mindful of clients comfort. Overall, I've had very relaxing sessions at Elements.

The service was great from the moment I walked in. I was using a GC and the person at the desk did warn me ahead of time that it would be an extra cost because of the level of person I would be seeing. Massage was great. She was very personable and listened to my requests. It was amazing and I felt that way when I left

Out of all the massage places I've been and therapists I've seen, this location outshines them BY FAR 🙂 I see Sylvia, Bryan, and Angie! ❤️ They are incredible. I'm on the membership, and will be choosing to stay on it until the day that I die hahaha. The vibe in the lobby is really comfy, warm, and homey. Q at the front desk is super friendly and positive. Even remembers me and knows my whole routine! 🙂 I've recommended multiple friends here, and they've all truly enjoyed their experiences as well.
