I had an amazing experience at Elements Massage in South Jordan, Utah! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. Jessica at the front desk, along with another kind lady (whose name I didn’t catch), were so sweet and attentive—one even grabbed me a water! Riley was also fantastic and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The highlight of my visit was my phenomenal masseuse, Isaac. I’ve never had a massage that good in my life! He actually went deep enough to address all my tension spots without me even having to point them out. I was super nervous going in, but Isaac quickly put me at ease with easy conversation and incredible technique. I genuinely didn’t know massages could be this transformative. Thank you, Elements Massage team, for such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience! I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Isaac! If you’re a fitness buff like myself? The ambience of this location is very nice. The staff was super friendly, in fact one of the staff members stood up from the desk when we entered the door, we really noticed that. And then they offered us a water. This was our first time here, and I bought a package for me and my wife’s anniversary. Since she’s pregnant we got her the prenatal massage. She really enjoyed that, and I enjoyed mine as well. I pre-paid so that we could just leave when we were complete. We arrived 15 minutes early to do the standard paperwork as a new customer. However, with my wife having English as a second language, it took a little bit more time for her to fill out the paperwork, which cut into our massage time. Hindsight, it would’ve been nice to have taken the paperwork home and brought it back already filled out, if that’s an option. Afterwords, you have a consultation with your therapist, and that was very nice.

Elements massage makes it impossible to cancel your subscription for monthly massages. I moved out of state and they continue to take money out of my account after multiple phone conversations. Their policies make them thieves. The AG in utah is aware. Highly recommend NEVER using them

We went in for a couples massage and our two individuals did amazing. We both loved them and couldn't have wished for a better experience. On top of that, the receptionists were amazing and so kind to us. All around a great experience and I thank everyone involved who made it the best anniversary gift I could've gave.

The atmosphere was great. My prenatal massage wasn't the best I've had, but I called same day which is always a gamble. I'm grateful to have gotten in, but would not book with the same therapist again.

David was very professional, patient and accommodating to my needs. My friend Rukija, asked me to write this for her due to language barrier. Ricardo worked with Rukija and she was very pleased with him. He gave great service and she got home giving him high praises.

I have been getting frequent massages this year and I really think it’s made a big difference. I am new to massage this year and didn’t know if it would be awkward for me, but not at all. If you’re thinking about trying it, just do it. I try different kinds of massages and different therapists. It’s all good! I don’t even have a favorite therapist because they’re all fantastic. Although I haven’t been to all them, I don’t think you can go wrong with whoever you choose. Everyone is professional and friendly, starting with the front desk and beyond. It’s a kind service…they work hard to help you feel better. There are so many health benefits to massage, it affects mind, body, and soul. Such a good thing to do for yourself, and also a great gift to give to someone.
