Elements Massage - Sandy

This was my first full body massage and my massage therapist, Bella, couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable or relaxed. She was an absolute delight and really focused on the parts of my body that needed the most attention. I never felt uncomfortable or nervous and I’m so grateful for that. Will definitely be returning!

I had a great massage therapist who worked the areas that I didn't even know I needed worked on. Everyone is very professional and kind and I love going there every month. The membership is a great deal.

I went back and forth on writing this- because ultimately the massage therapist just did her job. However, it started Monday when I called (south jordan) to schedule. I was given an appt for Tuesday. Tuesday around 11, I was called and told my massage was cancelled due to staff call out. They told me they had availability with males or Wednesday at Sandy with females. The scheduling staff asked the depth I prefer, and I answered medium, they ensured they had a therapist for me. I went in in hopes to just relax and have a great medium depth massage, this was not the case. Initially she did an okay depth, but and asked how it felt- to which I answered, but never did she check in again. It felt as though she just rubbed lotion on my skin for 90 minutes. The therapist was kind, but it wasn’t what I expected or asked for or should have been charged for. I am overly frustrated at what I paid for, and then what I received, as well as going to a completely different location because I was told I would be in good hands.

I took my son for his first massage and he absolutely loved it. Matthew was great and really helped him to have a positive experience. Johanna was my massage therapist and she took great care of me. I was relaxed and she worked out some serious knots. We look forward to going back!

Man, sometimes I miss my home state where bait and switch/false and deceptive advertising is strictly prohibited. This clearly states $30 for a hour message session but they said it’s actually $30 off and the massage is $79. Wasted my time and my husband’s time as we went back and forth on best scheduling times looking on their site for availability before actually calling. So frustrating.

Jake has consistently been the best deep tissue massage therapist I’ve seen in years. I have mild scoliosis and degenerative discs, and seeing him monthly has significantly improved my quality of life. He’s also a very down-to-earth guy and makes for very interesting conversations during our sessions. The membership pricing model is also incredibly competitive compared to Massage Envy, and being able to book appointments same week or even sometimes same day makes for a high recommendation.

Jake is hands down the most amazing massage therapist I've ever had. His knowledge and skill level has exceeded the many massages I've had in the past and I can't imagine ever wanting to go to anyone else. The Staff at Elements is always so kind and helpful and I always enjoy my time spent there.
