One of the best and attentive massages I have ever had. Very professional and such a beautiful and calming setting. Christi is super knowledgeable about the entire body and makes sure she targets the areas with the most need. One of my most favorite parts that was the cherry on top is that she has a program to give a massage to someone in need that cannot afford it. And it’s not a one time thing it’s continuous. As soon as there is enough money she gives someone a massage and the donation bucket starts back over. Thanks so much for such wonderful experiences always. Go see her she will change your day! Truly it was probably the best massage I have ever had. The whole experience was excellent. The rooms were very nice, the location is easy to find and to get to, very quiet and peaceful. I had Piper and she was extremely professional and was very knowledgable. She was able to do exactly what I needed and resolved my headaches due to the tightness in my shoulders due to scar tissue from a shoulder surgery a couple of years ago. I've had a lot of physical therapy and massages due to pushing my body to far. I think I found the place that I will go to from now on and I already made my next appointment with Piper. Highly recommend Piper and Redefine Wellness!

I can honestly say that was one of the best massages I have ever had. I was totally impressed with Piper and she was so kind and did such an amazing job! I’ve been battling a migraine for five days , and I should’ve came so much sooner. She was wonderful and I can’t wait to come back! Also I’ve got a lot of massages from a lot of different places and usually they always take off time for changing and paperwork from your scheduled massage time but she gave me all the time- I was totally blown away and so so grateful I couldn’t be more impressed!! Redefine Wellness is incredible! The owner, Christi is amazing and very trustworthy. She also has 3 other great massage therapists that work along side her as well and I would recommend any of them! My most recent massage was with Char. She addressed and worked on my areas of concern and made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire session.

The atmosphere was very comfortable and nice. I asked Candice to work on my sore lower back and shoulders, and she did a great job. She found all the sore spots I didn't know I had, and I've been feeling much better (currently almost a week after the massage.) I would definitely recommend them if you're dealing with aches and pains or just looking for a good massage.

I had such a lovely massage from Christi. She knew exactly what muscles to work on, her touch was the perfect pressure and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and with better range of motion in a previously tight area of my body.
