Liz is a very safe person and a phenomenally gifted massage therapist. She gave me a massage today and for the first time, my hips no longer felt sore when walking! And I was able to actually speed walk. I am very grateful!

I have spent the past several years working through some intense Trauma. I found a counselor who assisted me in a lot of ways, but there always seemed to be something missing. Not really knowing what anything about reiki I decided to try it and found that Liz’s healing touch is filling what was missing in my healing process. She is helping me release and work through trauma that is stored in the energy body. She is a gifted healer who is in tune to the individuals needs. I highly recommend her and look forward to her assisting me in my ongoing healing. To understand what Reiki is, one must experienced it. Healing occurs on an energy level rather than intellectual (comprehension) level. It is worth at least one session just to understand more about Reiki to better decided if it is right for you.
