Heather saved my trip. I was traveling through Hurricane and was suffering from lower back pain that was making me miserable. Heather worked it out with a fabulous deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in the area or traveling to the parks. 5 stars plus.

Heather is competent and compassionate. I was on vacation, and between hiking and running I overtaxed my calf muscle in a way that threatened to crush the rest of my trip. Heather was skilled enough to salvage the muscle which enabled me to enjoy the rest of my time in Utah.

I was a few months overdue for a massage and she relieved a lot of the tension in my shoulders, back and neck. Had my first massage today with Bodies in Balance and was pleased. I let the therapist know that this is my first time, and she spelled everything out for me. She was good at checking in to make sure she was using the right kind of pressure. My 45 minute session flew by. I would definitely consider returning.
