They were so thorough and made sure we had a great experience. They had great communication and the two massage therapists we had Jeff and Kit were very well trained. We would definitely go back to this specific location!

Michelle is hands down the therapists at the this location. She is very passionate about her clients and definitely goes way and beyond to really get in those areas that other therapists avoid. I’ve been a member for over 2 years and really impressed how professional everyone has been at this location. Keep up the great work! Can’t wait for my next session

This was both mine and my partners first time getting a massage, and the experience was PHENEMONAL! Brooke checked us in and she was so attentive and welcoming, she set the perfect tone for our experience. Kit and Jamie were our massage therapists and they were both amazing! They both created a very relaxing and safe atmosphere and were very responsive to our needs.

Awesome massage. The therapist worked on exactly the parts of my body (legs) that I requested. Super comfortable table and atmosphere as well.

Elements massage has a particular advantage over other massage businesses. Yes, they have a very talented staff and reasonable pricing. What sets them further apart is their front desk. There’s simply not another facility in Salt Lake with people who are as understanding and efficient about getting clients what they want, the way they want, with zero hassle and genuine friendliness. Along with accommodating plans, they are the best.

I was put in an unimaginably awkward, unprofessional, and unsafe position this week by massage therapist, Ja-Mei (I believe this is correct spelling) at Cottonwood Heights. I arrived for my scheduled 2 hour, deep tissue, full body massage and instead was manipulated by her to sit through 40+ minutes of her preaching to me as I sit in the dark room just waiting for her to leave so I could undress and begin my massage. She used the word God a lot and said I had demons living in my body. I told her those were trigger words and please don’t use them with me and that I was uncomfortable with this conversation as a whole because I have trauma from spiritual leaders harming me. In response to this she insisted that the reason I had come to her was divine, through God, and that she was here to teach me the truth of God, the difference between heaven and hell, and to remove all my demons and plant a new spiritual tree in my spine. Once she finally did begin my massage (just over one hour remaining) she said, “well it feels like you got a Spiritual massage, now let’s do the physical one”. She continued the entire way through preaching to me, directly disrespecting the boundary I had set, and saying over and over, “get out of her you demons! You don’t belong here anymore!”. The “physical massage” consisted of light rubbing to my neck and lower back and resembled in no way deep tissue or full body as I had requested in advance. Throughout our 2 hours together she mentioned several times my spiritual condition may require treatment outside of Elements Massage and as I was leaving she told me she included her personal website in the therapists notes card she gave me. I left utterly dissatisfied, re-traumatized, and extremely confused. I even felt obligated to tip her $66 because I was so manipulated and confused as I left. I have to assume she is doing this to more than just one client. I have to assume she is doing this in secret and that hopefully once the company becomes aware, actions will be taken to stop this from happening again. Thanks for reading. I really hope this prevents anyone else from getting info such a vulnerable situation, especially if you have past trauma like I do.

Couples massage. We both loved our experience. Deep tissue, as expected, was a bit painful but SO nice afterward.

Jeff was the one ! Th Best therapist massage ever had. He has his own unique style to make you feel comfortable and feel so fresh after the massage .
