I was in a lot of pain this week and received an incredible massage from Joe. I would describe his massage as intuitive structural integration. He got to the root of my issue and my body felt more aligned afterwords. Thank you, Joe!

Wow! This place is awesome!! So, I occasionally deal with gout, and my wife, who is generally all about massages (and I am not), had recently been coming to Back In Touch for their Lymphatic massages to accelerate fluid expulsion and general healing after a recent surgery. She read somewhere that a Lymphatic massage might help to loosen the inflammation and improve some of my gout symptoms. As a result, I unenthusiastically scheduled an appointment with Leigh Ashford (as per my wife's recommendation) to see what would happen. What an amazing experience!! I honestly did not expect to enjoy the massage as much as I did. Leigh was incredibly knowledgeable about the Lymphatic system, and happily answered all of my questions and provided me with a ton of information about how everything works. The Lymphatic massage was everything my body (not just my gouty feet (for which all the pain was gone after a day) needed! My entire body was both flowing and glowing after the massage. I would recommend everyone get one regularly, as I will be moving forward. Thank you Leigh and Back In Touch Wellness for such a wonderful experience!

I booked a deep tissue massage with Lee and it was excellent! This place has a cozy vibe and there’s plenty of reading materials if you show up too early. Google might misdirect you so look for the shopping center area where UPS is also located.

Keely was beyond fantastic! I came in for a 2 hour cranio-sacral/lymphatic massage and told her what I was thinking/needing and to do what she felt best for my healing. Holy moly, she adjusted the massage to suit my bodies needs and I was a wreck after but the next day I felt so much more clear and alive. If I could afford it I'd go once a week and let Keely fix my back because I really think she could lol. Keely is absolutely phenomenal.

Ashley Milligan is such a gentle and intuitive soul. I did a 90 minute reiki + breathwork session with her -AMAZING! She has a soft and tender touch, a quiet and soothing voice that guided me through the breathwork. My body really responded to the release of old energy by vibrating from head to toe. I felt safe in her presence to shake it off or cry to rid myself of that energy -time well spent! Thank you Ashley for the powerful session, your sweet guidance, and the refreshing bottle of apple juice afterwards too! I highly recommend her! Give breathwork a try!

I have seen Pu and Leigh for lymphatic massages and both are excellent. I received great care and noticed great results which helped my fibromyalgia symptoms. The swollen lymph nodes became pain free and my lymph system was able to recover. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going to Back in Touch for several years and firmly believe, in order to work there, you must have a superpower. Each therapist offers something unique and special. I have been pleased time and time again, finding that the massage therapists seem to connect with what my body needs. Hannah had done a particularly amazing job helping me with some chronic issues. Her understanding of muscles, movement and finding the right approach to get into my most painful spots, without overdoing it, blows my mind. She has a special gift, no doubt.

My massage from Kristina was amazing. She was super professional and addressed my pain issues with a calm touch that felt supportive and effective. I was stressed and in pain when I arrived and all was better when I left. No headache, no hip pain, no backache and it even helped to lower my blood pressure! The only thing that I, personally, didn't care for was the covid protocol and having to wear my mask during the massage. There were a lot of stairs to climb getting there and I was a bit winded coming in, and couldn't get a good breath so I allowed my mask to come down from my nose. I was asked to pull my mask back up. I was also asked if I was vaccinated. I am. She double masked during the massage. For some, all of that might be a plus. For me, it was a minus. Other than that, I loved the experience.
