I scheduled a massage for my boyfriend who is very busy a week in advance. I had a confirmation text and confirmed the appointment. My boyfriend shows up early for his scheduled time and no one is answering the phone or answering the door. So, I called to see if anyone picks up and she answers and says that she texted me yesterday and no one texted her back so she cancelled the appointment. I told her I have no calls, texts, or emails from her. She tells me she will screenshot the text and send it to me, which she never did. Then she said she’d see if anyone was available and I asked her to call me back when she reached out to people while my boyfriend sat outside waiting to hear. She didn’t call me back so I called her back again and she didn’t answer, but then texted me on the number that she originally confirmed the appointment on. This is very unprofessional and I’ve never had another massage place be like this. I am extremely disappointed with Sir Massage and would never recommend this place to anyone. I have a $100 gift card that I purchased for my boyfriend because the reviews I read were positive. I hope she will be able to refund this gift card.
