Elements Massage

I've been an Elements Massage member for over 10 years and the quality of the studios and staff has remained consistent. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and the therapists are well trained and very professional. After seeing the same therapist for around 8 years, I had to find another one because she had moved away. It's very easy to "try out" different therapists at Elements, even at different locations. A few months ago I had a session with Melissa at the Cool Springs/Franklin location and I was so impressed with her technique and style. I feel like I've found "my therapist" again and have been booking all my future sessions with her. Melissa is skilled in different levels of pressure and always checks in with me to be sure the pressure she's using is comfortable and therapeutic for me. She's good at noticing when certain areas of my body need a bit more attention, like when my shoulders or neck are especially tense that day. Melissa has calm and welcoming demeanor that immediately helps me relax and enjoy the session.

This location is very professional and their customer service is outstanding! After my first massage, I received a follow-up call asking about my experience, which I rated a 7/10. I described that I needed more pressure. Elements was nice enough to book me a complimentary massage with a different massage therapist. My 2nd massage was great and I walked out feeling satisfied! Not only were they open to feedback, they truly care about each customer and his/her needs. I highly recommend Elements Massage Franklin to anyone who is looking for a great massage experience!

I can’t say enough about Melissa at Elements! I’ve been offered massage memberships many times. I always declined until my first massage with Melissa. After that, I happily joined and have seen Melissa every month for a year. She has done wonders for my issues. Great massage every time. So thankful!

I typically never get massages but I will absolutely start getting them consistently now! A friend had recommended Elements to me and I'm so glad I tried it out. I have been a member of Elements Massage in Cool Springs for several years, and I have been very happy with the service I've received from different therapists. Specifically, Melissa has been awesome. She is very attentive to any areas I am having trouble with or need extra attention. Because I have been seeing her for over a year, she knows my usual trouble spots and does a great job of addressing them. She has also given my lots of useful advice in tackling particular areas where I tend to get tight most often. I highly recommend her!

It's very frustrating when you book a gift for someone else. And then they end up paying for it at the end of their appointment (even though your credit card is on file). It took 10 minutes to book the appointment and it was supposedly in the notes. I called the spa back to try and get the charges reversed or at least get a receipt so I could send the recipient of the gift money back. And they said due to HIPAA laws they couldn't tell me how much the service cost.. . After seeing the receipt - Guest asked to leave at 20% tip. They gave themselves 27%...

Tyler is so wonderful! He’s extremely knowledgeable. Truly the best experience with a masseuse I have had. He is great at asking where my problem areas are and really focusing on them. I appreciate his willingness to give advice on how I can continue to improve the health of my back! Would highly recommend booking with him!
