Amazing experience every visit. Amanda is knowledgeable, personable, and caring, taking the time to listen to her clients and really focus on areas that are causing discomfort while also creating a relaxing and comfortable environment. For over 20 years I had a *ton* of pain, tension, and, at times, immobility in my arms and wrists due to past injury and with 100% honesty can say I have never felt more relief than I have after a few appointments. She accepts my insurance, which is absolutely helpful, but I would gladly pay out of pocket for the help I receive. I cannot recommend this business enough!

I started at Forget me Knot after a friend referred me to her, and it's been a win for my headaches + shoulder/neck stiffness and pain. She is willing to work on the areas that bother me instead of just going through the motion of a pre-set massage routine.
