Trinity was my massage therapist and she was so good! Very kind and informative. She gave me insight after the appointment as to where my tightest spots were and what would help for me to do in between appointments for pain reduction. Thank you so much!

I saw Trinity today and was so happy with my service. I felt comfortable right away, and she tailored the massage to meet my needs perfectly. I will certainly be back regularly.

The massage was pretty awkward. The masseuse had headphones on and didn’t say a single word to me the entire time except when she asked me to turn over partway through. She also offered a free addition in the intake paper and I picked biofreeze and she must have forgot because that didn’t happen. Overall I was not really that satisfied with the massage.

I saw Tiffany today at NoKnotts Massage she was exceptional in her capabilities of making one feel at ease and comfortable from the start. I would highly recommend Tiffany for her expertise, professionalism and knowledge

So lovely ! I was let in to the space as soon as I arrived . Then led to the room for my treatment . It was calm , soothing and the oils smelled amazing . Trinity was very professional . I was a little nervous because it had been 20 years since my last massage . I am a mom and hairstylist so it was much needed . I had a 90 minute massage , Trinity was strong and knew exactly where I needed the most attention. Her knowledge in anatomy was impressive in that she had informed me of an issue in my hip I hadn’t realized . She waited until the end to inform me (which shows she wanted to ensure a relaxing experience) then proceeded to show me stretches that I can do at home . I was so impressed with her skill and grace . I recommend you go treat yourself to Trinity .

Trinity was amazing!! This was my first visit, and I could tell from our initial conversation that she was extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to ask questions about my goals for the session and she executed it perfectly! She targeted the areas that needed it most, and did some stretches/techniques I hadn’t experienced before that helped relieve a lot of the pain/tightness I was experiencing. She even recommended a few stretches I could do on my own to help. I am thrilled to have found this place, and I’ll definitely be back.

My experience at NoNotts was great. I booked a 30 minute massage with Trinity. We had a great conversation about where my pain is, what I’m looking to get from my massage, and any other concerns I had. The treatment itself was amazing. I wanted more treatment work than relaxation and I got exactly what I wanted, and what my body needed. I’m definitely going to be a regular!
