Healing Frequency Massage

It was my first massage. Nina skills quickly found the areas that contained restrictions and used a variety of techniques to apply deep pressure to those areas, including her body weight foot message.

Excellent service and atmosphere! Nina was very thorough and knowledgeable targeting my trouble areas with deep tissue massage. It is more intense than a relaxation massage and you might be a little sore the next day but worth it for the healing process. Highly recommend if you are looking for a medical massage! This will be a regular addition to my health regimen.

Nina did wonders, she found knots and tension in my neck and shoulder area that I didn’t know where there. She is very thoughtful and checked in often with how I was doing. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. I will be going back (often) and will be recommending her to anyone looking for a great massage.

Nina was amazing! I went in with lower back pain she was very detailed while massaging and stretching out my body! She asked questions to make sure I was comfortable and hold me stretches I can do in the future. I would recommend healing frequency to anyone anytime!!

Had an amazing, relaxing, very comforting session. She definitely knew what areas needed more attention and how to work them out. I felt like I got a masseuse, chiropractor, and definitely lovely energy environment, all in one. Nina was fantastic. She asked a lot of good questions up front about my pain issues, massage history, etc so that she could really target the areas I needed the most work on. Good communication throughout and left with much more mobility and relaxed. Highly recommend.
