My husband and I visited Vince for the first time today and received treatments for chronic osteoarthritis which has been causing us pain and limited range of motion for years. After this first treatment , we feel much better and have much better mobility. We highly recommend NH Bodywork.

Additionally, the fact that Vince is male is a significant advantage for me personally. I require a stronger set of hands to effectively work out my muscle tension, and Vince surpasses expectations in this regard. While other spa establishments have capable female staff, their efforts simply don't compare to Vince's expertise. With him, I finally receive the relief I've been seeking. After my session at NH Bodywork, I left feeling absolutely amazing. Vince's commitment to providing exceptional bodywork has not gone unnoticed. Exactly what I needed! I have been dealing with some health issues lately, likely remnants of long Covid. I have worked closely with my doctor and have had limited relief. I was interested in a massage while I visited Laconia and searched Google. I am so glad I looked carefully, my treatment session with Vince Martino was a game changer! I feel better than I have in weeks! With what felt like a combination of massage, trigger point, tapping and energy work I am enjoying relief from stiffness, inflammation general aches. Vince is extremely talented and very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Even when I’m having a bad or off day, when I leave an appointment I feel way more relaxed and rejuvenated. Had my first 1/2 hour session for chronic shoulder/neck pain with Vince. Going on 3 years...tried chiropractor sessions and received more relief in this one session with Vince. Going back for a 1-hour session next week. I can say the pain has reduced by 40% and I can actually turn my head instead turning my entire body just to look at something. Experiencing tense muscles or feeling pain, I recommend Vince.

The deep tissue session was excellent . It was a great recovery strategy for doing CrossFit 5-6 times a week. Vincenzo has a great personality and takes the time to ask how you are feeling and what your goals are for the session . He is very knowledgeable on how to promote healing from muscle strains and general soreness.

I first saw Vince about 3 months ago with back, neck, hip pain and pretty much a lot of stiffness and discomfort. I have now seen Vince about 14 times by the time of this review and I can assure you Vince knows what he is doing. He is extremely knowledgeable and very well prepared for every session. It’s very simple, every time I leave NH Bodywork, I have been satisfied and continue to come back because I live the benefits on a daily basis, from the time I wake up, to when I go to bed, including much improved sleep. Vince is the real deal. He's passionate and knowledgeable about what he does, and he's willing to explain things as he goes about the treatment. My first treatment was great - he's very thorough and was able to identify areas of tension very quickly. I always look for professionals who are eager to share their craft. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Vince knows more about the symptoms and treatments than my previous medical doctor did, which I thought was impressive. I know that the bodywork Vince performs isn't going to fix all of what having EDS does to my body, but I'm confident that over time it will become a critical part of managing it.
