Lymph and Bodywork

Jill was super calm, patient and knowledgeable. She went over my issues from the intake form and then went over what a lymph massage was. She also talked through it a little as she went to different areas and explained how it worked. It was very relaxing and could feel it working. Highly recommend if you are looking for some relief.

Jill went over my various issues and concerns at the beginning of the session and discussed options that she felt would be helpful to relieve the tightness in my muscles. I am also recovering from frozen shouder & her PT background was helpful in working on that shoulder/bicep area to increase motion. I loved the overall massage & could feel a big difference in muscle looseness the next morning. I have already booked my next massage and recommended Jill to a friend.
