Elements Massage

I very rarely ever write a review for business, but I am making an exception for Elements, Massage in Branford. For anyone that knows me I have crippling issues with my back. Over the last week, I had a number of things that pushed Me to strain my back more than usual. A few hours after walking out of Elements I experienced the most relief of pain I have had in I can’t tell you how long. Rachael, who was the massage technician was attentive and incredibly knowledgeable as well as effective in My session with her. Daniel, my therapist, was professional, courteous, listened to my issues I needed adreessed, requested feedback from me regarding his technique and was admirably competent in his delivery of care. This was my first time visiting this studio. The place was clean, welcoming and the receptionist was courteous, efficient and helpful. They are very up front regarding the services they offer as well as the corresponding fees.The team there definitely has good listening skills Following my experience, I signed up for a monthly program and look forward to my next session. I highly recommend Elements Massage to any individual pursuing this type of care.

I’ve gone to Pat two times now and SHE IS AMAZING! She really knows her stuff and takes the time to target troubled areas and cares about her clients. The front desk staff are very knowledgeable and helpful! Extra reminders are sent 2-3 days prior to my appointments which is super helpful. I love it here!

I had the best massage of my life last week. Rachel was superb. She worked on all of my pain points perfectly-enough to work them out but not too hard so that it would hurt. I always feel like something is missing at the end of a full body massage, but Rachel was sure to get everything. I was so relaxed and grateful! 10/10 recommend Rachel!

I came for relaxation and some self care. I left feeling like a whole new person. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Rachel was perfect. Perfect pressure, presence, everything. She created a wonderfully peaceful environment, worked out knots I’ve had probably for years, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Five stars - have already recommended to others.

I've actually had a monthly membership for some time, but due to personal reasons haven't been able to come in. First off, the staff is great, and very helpful with my membership. Second, Daniel is fantastic, if you get a chance to book with Daniel, definitely go for it. Thanks!

The staff are friendly and approachable, the facilities are always pristine, and the massages are stellar. 10/10 recommend.
