Elements Massage

I bought a discounted gift card for my wife's birthday in Hadley Massachusetts. Put it on my credit card ($109.00). Elements Massage in Hadley closed suddenly. I then called the next closest Elements Massage in East Longmeadow and was told they could not honor the gift card. I was told to call the corporate office in Colorado which I did. Repeatedly. Nobody answers the phone. We (myself and my wife) have left numerous messages but can't get a call back. Horrible customer service....but that's how it is in today's world. Very very unhappy with this company.

Jymijah gave me the most relaxing experience today! I came in for an hour long massage as a first-time customer. Jymijah’s expertise clearly showed as she gracefully massaged me into a state of bliss. I will be sure to come back, thank you!

Best massage and therapeutic establishment I’ve been to hands down! Excellent customer service and always welcoming! Such a well run business and the owners are phenomenal people! For anyone looking to join for a monthly massage this is the place! Big shout out to Ingrid at the front desk as she always makes my visits extremely accommodating and she is super personable. Ingrid is one of the most genuine individuals I’ve come across! She always makes you feel like you’re a part of the Elements family! Thank you Ingrid, you’re amazing! My therapist is Xiomara and she is unbelievably exceptional! My well being, posture and energy has been at an all time high since I’ve been seeing her as my therapist! Xiomara is an elite therapist and it shows every time! She is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had! She is top tier and her work speaks for itself. Every time I receive a massage from her, I feel like a new man! Lastly the owners are amazing! If you’re looking for a place to call home for your therapeutic needs Elements Avon is the place! My wife goes to Katherine and she’s basically the equivalent to Xiomara! Nothing short of spectacular!

I got the BEST massage on Sunday from an amazing human named Raen!! If you need to relax, feel the intention of getting a deeply pampered and treated like a queen/king, do yourself a favor and book an appointment today. I will say my mom and sisters also got treated the same way with their visits to Elements. I personally wouldn't want to change hands because Raen was my style. I felt the love and the power she brought to the room. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so kind and relaxed. You can't go wrong with a visit to this location. They got your back... and your front!! Thank you, and i will definitely be back! Can't wait for the next visit!

100/10 the front desk is amazing so helpful and made sure our anniversary was special! My husband and I love going to elements massage! The therapists are so nice and do an amazing job. It’s definitely worth the membership! They have the BEST accommodations and services compared to other massage places that I’ve been to in the local area

I have had wonderful experiences with Elements Massage in Avon. I've been a member for three years and love knowing I will be able to treat myself each month to a massage! I've had a variety of therapists and have not had a bad experience with any of them. Their operating hours make it easy to fit into my schedule. The cost is a good value, also!

Elements massage was a wonderful experience - very helpful for stress relief. I had Kaitlin and she did a light massage which I highly recommend, I was able to relax and feel rejuvenated after and lasted for a couple days. Helped for my shoulder pain as well. Very nice staff and serene environment. Definitely recommend and will be going back!
