I'd been a loyal customer for years and I've been trying for weeks to make an appointment, but Rachel doesn't make an effort to respond. I've sent multiple Facebook messages and left a voicemail asking to be called back. I also wrote a comment on the page saying I've not heard back, and all she did was delete the comment.

I went to Rachel for the first time today. I gladly traveled the snowy roads to enjoy an amazing massage. She is such a lovely person. I would def recommend her to anyone.
