I've gone here for quite a while. Lilly is fantastic and gives the best massages I've ever received. She never phones it in, is always learning, and listens well to what your body needs on any given day. Great location as well, and the staff in general have been easy to schedule with. I highly recommend!

I had my first massage here today by Tammi. Highly recommend her, she made sure I was going to get the massage I needed and took time with me before and after. Probably the best massage I have ever had! She focuses on the root of the problem and I appreciate that.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE!! This business just tries to sell you all this other stuff like essential oils and bath salts! Jen and Lindsey are unprofessional. I submitted a follow up survey they emailed to me, as well as a text rating survey, and have received ZERO follow up a MONTH later. The business obviously doesn't care, they already got my money. First, their homepage of their website has a pop up and a banner across the top that claims a new client special of $59 for an hour. I made my appointment through that link then after the massage, Jen said it $65 and they haven't been able to get that off their website... UMM NO. Then tried to blame me that I didn't clear my cookies... THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE $6, IT'S ABOUT MISREPRESENTING YOUR SERVICE. FIX YOUR FRICKEN SITE OR HONOR THE DISCOUNT!! I was also called to reschedule my appointment because they wanted to fit another appointment in. Why don't you have the website show timeslots that take into account the length of the appointment so you don't end up with a 30 minute gap and then have to ask customers to reschedule? Seems simple to me. I called back and rescheduled and they didn't even say thank you. Yet they're all worried and have multiple warnings about if customers miss their appointments or need to reschedule. There's a review here that mentions being sent from Breidenbach Family Chiropractic, and the business responded with a thank you. Yet when I told Jen I go to Breidenbach she looked at me like I was from Mars and said she's never heard of them with a rude attitude. They are one of the largest groups of chiropractors in town and are right down Rose Street. The therapist was Lindsey and she was a recent graduate and even told me how Globe University went out of business. I TOLD HER I GET MIGRAINES AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN WORK ON MY HEAD OR NECK!! She got to my shoulders and since she wasn't managing her time, she just says, "Well I guess we're out of time..." She was very generic and didn't work on the areas we discussed. Extremely frustrating. She was chatty talking about herself and the massage felt like nothing. I asked multiple times for more pressure and she couldn't or just didn't want to. It literally felt like nothing. Stop worrying about offering 50 essential oils and bath salts. I don't want to be up sold. Focus on therapists that give a decent massage with some actual pressure. Finally, the unprofessionalism continued when paying. Jen, the receptionist, asked me how much of a tip I'd like to leave with Lindsey standing right behind the counter. How awkward... I've never been anywhere where they ask you to say your gratuity verbally. Just print a receipt and I'll write it down and sign. Very unprofessional. I still tipped, but I will never be back and I will tell others to stay away.

Very Disappointed. Although I loved Tammy as a massage therapist, I am looking elsewhere to take my business. I was coming here once and sometimes twice a week for the last almost 2 months. I was a satisfied loyal customer until today. I had to reschedule, and mind you I have never even been late to an appt much less had to reschedule. I had an emergency come up and called and left a voicemail. I then received a text saying I would be charged for the full service. I called and the receptionist was very rude, hostile, and was unwilling to really work with me. I am very disappointed because I have spent so much here and always tipped well. They definitely don't treat loyal customers how a professional business should.

Came here for my very first massage and I will be back! I was a little nervous, but they walked me through everything that I could expect. From start to finish, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Everything was clean with notices that all surfaces are disinfected and the staff were wearing masks, which were also required for clients. The massage itself was amazing. I was constantly put at ease with the great communication my therapist had with me throughout to make sure everything was to my liking (and ooo, the heated tables were nice). Friendly staff, very sanitary–an all-around pleasant and relaxing experience. What more could you want? It was very evident that safety, a good experience, and client satisfaction are this establishment's priorities!

Was a great and relaxing first time experience! I had Lindsey as my therapist and she did an excellent job. Not sure when, but I definitely plan on going back there sometime in the near future! I'm also not really the type of person to use essential oils but I actually found one that I liked - Cedarwood! I'm very happy with the results of my visit, excellent job Lindsey!

The environment was very comfortable and soothing. Jared was super nice and did an amazing job listening to what I needed and customizing the massage to me. The new customer deal is great and you get a little gift bag too! Theres lots of options for aromatherapy. Definitely plan on coming back again!
