I highly recommend Astra! I have degenerative disc disease throughout my entire back and started having surgeries in my early 20s. I’ve been looking for good massage therapist for 10+ years and after a lot of trial and error, I found mine at Astra. Sara is incredible!! She works out a lot of my points of tension and helps tremendously with my chronic pain. She is also very personable. I usually feel uncomfortable getting a massage and can’t relax completely, but I never once felt that way with Sara. She ensures you’re comfortable throughout and talks to you prior to know exactly what you need out your session. I’m so glad I came across Astra Therapeutics & Bodywork and gave it a try! 10/10 I recommend you do the same!!

A very enjoyable experience compared to other massages I have had. It is nice to be able to communicate my problem areas and Sara focusing on those areas. Compared to others that will work spots to the point of uncomfortable, Sara has a much more delicate touch that works as well or better. Highly recommend.

Where do I begin? Sara has helped my chronic back and hip pain tremendously. It is a blessing I learned of her through word of mouth. She is knowledgeable in massage therapy. She listens to my needs and addresses those areas. She takes the time to put together a massage that she feels I will benefit from. The massage room is relaxing and comfortable. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend trying Astra if you are looking for a positive experience and an impactful massage.

Sara did an excellent job!! She worked out all of the knots and tightness in my lower and upper back with the perfect amount of pressure and gave me advice for my sciatica. I have been to a handful of masseuses in the Green Bay area and she is by far the best!! She is such a thoughtful and caring person and creates a comfortable environment. I will definitely be going back!!

Sara does an amazing job! I suffer from migraines that last for days. Every time I see Sara for a migraine, I wake up the next morning migraine free. She’s skilled in targeting the muscles in my neck and back that tighten/knot during my migraines. She’s also very personable and creates a comfortable environment. She’s been a life saver! Personable, professional, and very good at her craft. I get a mix of deep tissue and relaxation message while I am there, and it helps to relax me while easing a lot of my pain. Also, something extremely important- there is no judgement at Astra. I always feel very confident that I am respected and not judged for my body or as a person while there. Definitely recommend for any of the therapies offered.

Sara is so kind and compassionate. The massages are amazing and tailored to your needs. She also can do Reiki which has brought healing. Sara truly cares about her clients and what they need.
